RUDE AND SARCASTIC. Called to get a quote on something very simple and easy, the man on the phone laughs says ""$475"" when I said for everything he goes ""no I'm joking."" Not sure if it's because I'm a woman but hope their business is that successful that he didn't need my business.

Larry helped me with something over the phone that would have cost me over $200 in person. He could tell I was frustrated and told me it was a simple fix that didn't require any help. I am so grateful.

Ernie saved the day! The breaker for the dryer went out on me at 1:30 PM on a Saturday. I called Florida Electricians at 2:00, and they were at my house by 3:30! By 4:00 the breaker was replaced and everything was back to normal. I'll say this, you don't find a company that gives you that kind of service here in South Florida. Five Star Service from start to finish! Thank you!

""Cherish is the words I use to describe"" is a line for the lyrics of a 60's song by a band called the Association. Ignorant and incompetent are word that come to mind as a result of trying to obtain a quote from Florida Electricians. Appointments were made twice on the same day and time two weeks apart and in both instances, no one called and no one showed up, despite them being given my full contact information twice. The first time an ""ill"" Larry pushed the site visit off to Tuesday of the following week. That Tuesday came and went and by Friday I called again to inquire why no one called or showed up. I was told by an apologetic Larry after again providing all of my contact information that he would be out Tuesday of the following week. That Tuesday, like the first one, also came and went. Some professionals when they do work in your home give you a magnet with their contact info on it so you will remember to call them again. I have a post it note on my monitor reminding me to never call the Florida Electricians again.

They told me they would be here between 1-3pm and around 3:30 I get a call that they are ""stuck on another job"". He told me he will come first thing in the morning, the following day. Gave me a window between 9-10am. Around 9:30 he called and told me, ""i'll be there within an hour"". At 11:15 he called and told me he's still stuck on that same job. I told him don't bother coming.

Called the guy to give him a shot at proving the last reviewer wrong well apparently he said he makes enough money and doesn't need more business! So he said very rudely... I wouldn't hire this guy if he was the last electrician in south Florida

They lie, lie, lie!!!! Told me they would be here between 2-4pm never gave me a price they they called saying they wont be here till 6pm. Then he called and said let me see if someone else could get there and then another guy calls and says well let me tell you how much it would cost before I come out it would cost 350.00 What? Biggist rip offs I think they did that so wont have to come here cause it was already getting late. I am so upset because the one day my husband has off and had made plans to go out to eat my whole day got screwed and it was already late to get someone else out here. Terrible business. You just don't do that to customers.
