I had an unexpected afternoon off at the last minute and contacted them the day before to see if they could do some work for me. They accommodated me, called to tell me when they were an hour from arriving. They arrived in mask and introduced themselves right away. We walked through my home together discussing what I wanted done and they got to work right away. I added 2 ""oh by the way"" jobs while they were there which they happily did and were all completed and cleaned up in 2 hours. Prices were very reasonable and customer service is definitely an A++. Strongly recommend again!

I spoke to Jorge on the phone and explained what I needed and that another company I had scheduled was a no-show. He came out of the office on his own and took care of the issue for me quickly. I highly recommend them... he went out of the way to come and take care of this for me during the little time I had available. Would definitely recommend them. Fair price and great to deal with.

I called and spoke to Allen. I told him my problem and he walked me thru my GFI outlet reset. He save me money and time. Honest and I will call them if I ever need anything. He didn't need to do this but how honest he was speaks to this local company skill, reputation.

Since I reached out for a quote online I've gotten nothing but outstanding customer service from Allan. He was constantly in touch and available when I had a question. Response time to my emails was literally right away or an hour at max. When Allan came out to do the estimate, he was cordial and easy to get along with. He took photos and gave me a realistic best case scenario cost and also a worst case scenario. The worst case cost was even reasonable. He was very upfront with everything. Also they give military and senior discounts.

Tony came out to do the work and arrived on time and was also very nice. He got to work very quickly and finished everything in two hours. I had an outside outlet created, where one prior did not exist. I also had a outlet installed where one was not but it had a box for it. The last thing Tony did was put a light on an outside pole, including new piping and fittings for the wires, and an new electrical outlet. All outlets are GFI. I couldn't be any happier with the service I received from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to any one.

Really was in a pinch. Called a couple of other companies - got a run around about ""travel expenses"", a lot of ""time"" to find the problem........excuses. Called late morning, here by mid afternoon, problem SOLVED in 30 mins. New company for my home now.

Super friendly service from Ryan, and very affordable. Installed 6 ceiling fans, 2 ceiling speakers and 3 pendant lights for us in our new home. Is coming back to complete a few switches for us. We won't use anyone else for electrical as he has a customer for life!

Ryan-first of all, never email me again on here as it was really creepy you making a regular non-business name just to email me. You pretend I got the ""wrong company"", lol. Dude, I said it before, I needed electric work, you took a shortcut, you didn't fix the problem, you charged me a ridiculously high amount, and so your ""work"" broke 2 months later. I had to go to a real electric company for them to properly fix it and they were here 2 hours longer and they were much cheaper than you.

I know you like to pretend you are ""Mr. Nice Guy"" on here. Well, that is fine, but I am just warning everyone about what happened to me so they will go to someone else.

FES, Ryan, and Steph really took great care of our issue in a flash. They replaced our entire exterior service and interior electrical panel very professionally , they pulled permits, and I didn't even need to be there while they did it.
Overall very PRO and great to deal with.

Ryan plays the ""nice guy"" part, but he runs up your bill (adding completely unnecessary stuff) and doesn't tell you about it until it's done, even when you ask for the estimate. It's a new company (he is the only electrician) so obviously he feels he can pull crap like that on customers. He won't be in business long for sure. DO NOT USE FLORIDA ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS!!!
