Had a very good experience with them this week. We had lights that were intermittently losing power and not working. Called FESC and the owner Chris sent someone out the same day. The electrician, Matt, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly - bad outlet that the switch was wired off of. Price seemed a tad high to me, but given the prompt and competent service I have zero complaints and would use them again.

I can't say enough nice things about the service. Larry was polite and personable. He came on short notice and did everything I asked with great results. Changed my disposal from hot wire to plug in. Added box underneath my cabinet and wired for an outlet. Looks perfect! I have his card and will call again.

I can't express enough how grateful I am to have chosen Florida Electrical Services & Contracting to replace our electrical panel. They were professional at every touch point. Communication was great. The price was very fair. I got many quotes. It is surprising how many electricians refused to pull a permit and go through inspection. I could have gotten a cheaper price with no permits with other guys - not worth it! The better known, larger companies, were outrageously expensive. Chris fast-tracked the permits and inspections. Our electrician Larry was just wonderful and knew his trade well. I would recommend them without hesitation and will rehire them for any future electrical work.

Called for an estimate for one connection for a group of cubicles. When I was given the price ($429), I questioned it and said it seemed like a lot for 30 minutes of work. The owner said they had never done this before and if that was the case we could revisit the pricing. The service took exactly 30 minutes and when the tech called for the credit card information, I mentioned the previous conversation. The owner called and said that priced quoted was what they were charging. $429 for a half hours work seemed a bit excessive. His recollection of our previous conversation was gone. He got angry when I mentioned my potential review and offered to refund. I refused and said I didn't want to do business with a company that bought good reviews. The quality of work was fine. The tech was a little late but called to let us know he was at the wrong place. If it weren't for overcharging I would have continued to use them.

Made an appointment for an estimate and this company never showed up or called. No follow up. Decided to go with another electrician with better attention to detail and customer service.

Got an EV charger installed in our garage and the technician was in and out in 2 hours. Also the quality of work was significantly better than another company I hired for our previous home. Great quality, quick response, very efficient, and would highly recommend.

I had a straightforward question of ""would this be possible for a low rate or would it definitely be expensive"" because I wasn't sure how involved it would be.

Most places will refuse to answer without coming out and possibly charging a fee no matter how simple. I called here and was told honestly that it was unlikely to be a simple fix. That meant I wouldn't be hiring him for this job (just going to rearrange some electronics instead), but that honesty gets this high review and willingness to reach out next time I need something done.

This company comes highly recommended. They responded to my request for quote quickly. The quote was free. The quote was in line with my market research. They were hired (after the other guy stood me up twice). Andrew the service technician stole my heart because he favored my son ( they are the same age). He did an awesome job!
