Established in 1996, Floor To Ceiling has proudly served the San Antonio area. I am Joaquin Tabarez, the founder of Floor to Ceiling Home Improvements. I was motivated by my innate skill for building things. For me, this work is more than a job; it’s a passion. People often say I make the work seem easy. I hold certification as a homebuilding contractor. I am fully licensed and insured. I take great joy in my work, and seeing satisfied customers is what drives me. To me, that defines success.
