Felipe was stellar from beginning to end. He answered my Yelp request promptly, communicated very well, was timely, and efficiently solved our lighting fixture problems. We thought we needed new ballasts, but he was able to determine that the ballasts were OK, but upgraded the bulbs in 1 fixture and helped us upgrade the entire 2nd fixture. He shopped for the parts himself, saving us a lot of time and hassle, and only charged an extremely reasonable rate for the time spent at the house. He even gave us advice about some other electrical needs, and we will definitely be using Felipe again in the near future.

Doesn't keep his word. Would give 0 stars if possible. Have a prob with my tv, he says he can come tomorrow to check for free. Sounds good then later said only if he's in San Jose tomorrow. Tired of unreliable people. Save you money and go to someone who knows how to conduct business properly.

I had trouble getting my record player to power on and sent out a request to fix it. Felipe responded within the hour and was very communicative. He was able to take a look the very next day. He explained what was going on and was able to fix it that same day. I would definitely go back for any other electrical needs.
