Five stars all around. Byron and his team are super knowledgeable, punctual, and thorough. I have worked with Flash Electric on 3 separate projects so far, all varied: outdoor lighting underground wiring and installation including a water feature, central air conditioning unit electrical wiring, and adding new lamps and minor electrical issues around the house. Byron is highly experienced and explains each part of the process, and what is behind each and every one of his recommendations. His attention to detail and esthetics is also superb, and his pricing is very competitive for the work. When I've quoted other electrical services, Flash Electric always comes out with the best pricing and features, which in turn has made Flash Electric my go-to for all electrical needs. Byron is very responsive, especially via text, which is super useful and convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend Flash Electric for your electrical needs. Especially here in San Francisco where electricians are unresponsive, overbooked, not very thorough, and overpriced, Flash Electric shines as one of the few great options that is a good deal all-around.

Byron did a great job a few years ago upgrading my electrical service panel to 200 amps! I recently hired him again to install about 30 remodeled can lights in my home. Byron Cruz is one of the most experienced electricians working in San Francisco today. He and his team completely rewired our house installed lighting features and set up the home entertainment system. later we hired him as a general contractor to redo our upstairs bathroom and bedroom. He did such a great job that we hired him again to build out our entire first floor, Would have been an old Inlaw unit, into a master suite.

We recently bought a home and needed fans installed in multiple rooms and a chandelier hung in the dining room. On the day of installation, Byron and his team showed up bright and early to do the work as requested. He patiently and thoroughly explained the process of installing the fans in the upstairs rooms, and what it would take to install fans in the downstairs rooms. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently, and left the rooms as clean as they had been before the work was started. He also pointed out to us that our electrical outlets needed to be upgraded, so we will be working with him in the near future on that as well. We have been renovating our 1955 house. The wiring was the original wiring and was not grounded. We wanted to rewire the whole house and bring it up to modern code, as well as upgrading the service to 200 AMPS.
We got two quotes. Byron from Flash Electrical was very punctual, which is a wonderful quality when working with contractors. He was also very careful to explain everything and the process.

Byron offered us a very competitive quote, when we said that we would do the dry wall patching ourselves. We went with Flash Electric and were very pleased with their work. Each day the house was left very clean! The 2 onsite workers spoke primarily Spanish, but if we had any questions Byron was always very responsive. He also responds to texts, which is so convenient.

We passed the inspections and are very happy with Byron and Flash Electrical's work! We'd highly recommend his team.
