In 1988, Dave Pasek resided in Morgan Hill, California with his spouse Kathy and their infant daughter. Having spent most of his career in the service sector, he experienced a moment of clarity. He understood that a facilities maintenance provider could and should cater to the overall requirements of its clients, instead of only performing essential services. As a team, Dave and Kathy embraced the challenge of becoming that facilities maintenance provider. Now, thirty years on, Flagship Facility Services has transformed into Dave's vision: a unified Integrated Facility Management firm that offers exceptional, integrated facilities management services across the country.
