Back in 1988, Dave Pasek lived in Morgan Hill, California alongside his wife Kathy and their one-year-old child. After years in the service industry, he had an epiphany. He was convinced that a facilities maintenance company ought to fulfill the complete needs of its customers, not merely provide a necessary task. As a team, Dave and Kathy embraced the challenge of becoming that facilities maintenance provider. Now, thirty years on, Flagship Facility Services has transformed into Dave's vision: a unified Integrated Facility Management firm that offers exceptional, integrated facilities management services across the country.
