I contacted Ibrar Qatar (Jay) with an Electrical problem that I had not been able to solve on my own. Early steps on Jay's part did not solve the problem. I am extremely pleased with Jay's tenaciousness. Jay stayed at my home several hours troubleshooting the problem until a solution was achieved. Thank you so much.

I was having electrical problems and didn't know where I was going wrong installing a ceiling fan, I called Jay and he came right over! Diagnosed my issue and didn't charge us anything! Extremely knowledgeable and nice. We are so appreciative to have our ceiling fan working again!

I contacted Jay at Fix IT Services for a sprinkler/pipe/water main issue. He called me back at the designated time, we discussed the issue and then he came to see the problem, estimate the repair costs. I had an emailed, written estimate within a few hours. I was able to review the estimate electronically. I accepted the bid, he scheduled the repair for the following day. Because he uses a specific software for his business, I had email confirmations of all of the processes.

He and his employee arrived 30 mins prior to the estimated start time snd immediately began working. The problem was located, he went to get parts/supplies and repaired the problem. Fortunately it was not as serious as originally thought to be. The job took longer than planned, therefore the price was a couple hundred dollars more than estimated.

Jay kept me apprised of the situation throughout the job. He and his employee cleaned up the area and left it nearly the same as it was. I received an email invoice, was able to pay online through the invoice snd received a final receipt for all services.

Jay's communications and customer service was excellent! I will likely use Fix IT Services in the future. Thank you!

Jay and his crew we're a pleasure to work with. I had a bathroom remodel and was expecting it to take about a month, but they had it completed in two weeks and the results are phenomenal! Sometimes contractors can be rushed or hard to talk to, but it was the opposite with him. He and his team did great work, and even better was that his price was reasonable. Jay and his team were very professional, they demonstrated excellent customer service and gave an amazing service for their work.

Initially, we had Jay quote us for upgrading our ceiling fans in the bedrooms and rewiring the electrical because it wiring were not connected to the bedroom switch. Fix IT Services completely took care of the updates and electrical jobs; one of the fans even had a defective motor, which they took down and reinstall a new one I purchased without a problem.

Eventually we had them look into a bigger project for creating a fence that would divide my house to the neighbors and upgrade our garage night lights. Within two days, my front yard looks completely different and have had a lot of compliments, even had individuals slow down in front of our home to take a look at the great quality work completed.

We even have another up coming project with Jay to redo our grass in the front yard which he has drawn up his vision for what he plans on doing. My wife and I cannot wait to see Fix IT Services work their magic on this upcoming project in the near future.

All I can say is thank you Jay and his team for being great and accommodating to my wife and I's requests along the way, they have definitely earned my business as a lifetime customer for any minor fixer uppers to big projects!

I've used Jay several times. He's resourceful, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Not only does he do what's requested, he has many of his own fabulous ideas. I think some of those ideas have saved us a lot of money.

Jay is professional, knowledgeable and all-around fix it guy. I called on Friday afternoon and he picked up the phone- SCORE! He was my 3rd call to an electrician from Craigslist, it was nice to talk to the person who was going to be doing the work and not an answering service. I asked his availability and he said how about tomorrow at 9:00 am SCORE! Wow next day service, woo boo! I bought a new washer and dryer but my plug outlet was the wrong one and going to the laundromat when you have a washer and dryer sucks lol. The next morning Jay texted and called at 8:30 to say he was on the way SCORE! He also asked about parts and request I send pictures of what I had. He picked up parts and headed over. Once here he encountered bad Work previously done on my house but he knew exactly what to do and made it all better, SCORE! Outlet works and I can wash clothes at home! He's as stated a Can-Do guy and I will definitely call him back for my home projects as a new homeowner! Next is putting a wonder in my bathroom, he looked at existing construction and advised what it would entail and creative solutions, SCORE! Plus he's super nice to talk to
