I just had the best experience with any service person I have ever met! Ibrar (Jay) came out to do an estimate on outdoor house lights that I believed shorted out due to two newish LED bulbs going out at the same time. (In my defense, I had to have another set rewired in the past so that's what I thought the issue was and I don't climb ladders any longer) Lol. Anyway, Jay recommended we try some new bulbs. Ta da! The lights worked! I asked him what I owed him for the trip out from Elk Grove to Fair Oaks and he said NOTHING!! Yes, you heard me correctly! You don't hear of such kindness anymore! I have myself a new electrician! With his attitude experience, and great previous reviews, I know I can trust Jay for all of my electrical issues. Plus, I found out he does so much more! I tried to fix my toilet on my own which lead to a bigger problem haha. I called this company and jay came out. He figured out the damage and fixed it. I live in SF and have a rental in Elk Grove so it's hard for me to drop everything to drive to Elk Grove for any home repairs. There was a problem with the showers not getting hot water. I reached out to Fix It Services to see if they are able to come take a look. Jay was very responsive. He offered to come take a look and let me know what's going on. He explained to me what he could do to fix the problem. The next day he came and fixed the problem. Sent me photos and let me know hot water is working now. I am very satisfied with his service and will be keeping his number for future.

I contacted Jay on a Friday and he came out the same day to come check out our bathroom vents! He responded very quickly and professionally. He scheduled us first thing on Monday morning. He and his employee fixed both bathroom vents in a timely manner. It's been about two weeks now and there hasn't been any problem with the vents. Very happy with the outcome.

My oldest had two other companies for estimates and I decided on Fix It for the third estimate..

The two that came out was high and one was even ridiculous..

The hubby called Fix It explaining the situation.. and then the oldest coordinated for Jay to take a look.

Got the estimate and it was exactly what we were wanting.. and very reasonable.

Arrived at the scheduled time and the work was completed..

Fix It Services did an excellent job of recommending the best kitchen faucet to get, and replacing it for me. They also cleared the discharge hose to our garbage disposal that was backed up. They were prompt, efficient, and kind!
