He didn't cancel like most AC repair people and didn't try to sell me a new AC unit. My AC is working cooler than ever and will call him again for a tune up in September.

If your ac is broken then do yourself a favor and call Eulises. Twice he has serviced my parents home with exceptional customer service. This past week the condenser needed to be replaced and Eulises completed the work within a day at half the price of his competitors. I've had a few problems with my AC unit over the years and always call Biggie with Fix Heating and Cooling.

At first, I chose to go through Costco, but initially they never called back, booked again and they cancelled on me. Something told me to put my trust in a local business. I selected Fix, because he posted his picture (smiling). That let me know that he believes in his company and he has integrity. I would definitely recommend this guy and his expertise.

Please be aware DO NOT use the services of fix heating and cooling! On September 1st my AC unit goes out, after utilizing yelp and reading reviews I decide to message a few of the ac repairmen that have great reviews on yelp. Well Fix hearing and cooling was the first to reply.
Eucilies (the owner) was great when it came to responding to my messages, he was literally replying at midnight confirming a appointment for the next morning! Great I thought I hit the jackpot.
The next morning on September 2nd comes around and I contact Eucilies just to confirm the appointment. And he was even more amazing when on the phone with him. He went out of his way to FaceTime me and he wanted to see the ac unit in my home because he was in the supply store and he asked tons of questions before he even got to my home!
Fast forward to Eucilies coming to my home to check out my ac unit! He walks in and he goes straight to work he takes a look at everything and informs me of the $50 diagnostic fee ahead of time which I agree to. After the fact he tells me he knows what the problem is and that he can fix it, he lets me know her needs to replace a few things, he needs to replace my filter, and he walks me thru everything which made me feel comfortable. He tells me with everything that I need to get my ac running it will be $230 (that's including the diagnostic fee) I agree and let him get to work!
Maybe 30 minutes later Eucilies comes and tells me that everything is up and running and to turn my ac unit on! During this time we hear a pop! Eucilies turns to me and says this isn't good!
He goes outside to the ac unit and low and behold he discovers the compressor is out. He now informs me that the compressor is the most important part of a ac unit and that it would be like $1300 to repair!
I informed Eucilies that I don't have $1300 right now and that you just assured me that the $280 would take care of my problem!
I asked Eucilies what happened to the diagnostic fee of $50 before you fixed the ac you told me you would be running a diagnostic and that's why I would be charge the $50. He's exact words were , ""I didn't run the diagnostic fee on the compressor because it looked fairly new""! At this moment I was so pissed because he choose not to run a test he charged me for I was forced to pay for parts I didn't have to pay for!
I had to go back in forth with him for 5 minutes about not doing good business for him to give and and nervously not charge me for the diagnostic fee!
I still paid $185 dollars for new parts for a non working AC unit, and paid $15 for a filter he assured me he would be bringing the next (AND NEVER DID) it's over two weeks late!
Eucilies is NOT HONEST, DOESNT FOLLOW THRU AFTER GETTING PAID, and DOESN'T DO GOOD WORK!
I also challenge yelp to really investigate people's reviews and make sure it's not family! Because I don't see how this guy has good reviews!

Eulises came highly recommended through my family member and I'm glad we stick with him. He was very detail oriented and definitely knew how to get our AC problem fixed. Not only the price was reasonable, Eulises spent a great deal of time making sure everything was in the correct order. He was humble and professional. If you ever need A/C or central heating service call on Fix Heating and Cooling. My A/C went out at the worst time but Eulises from Fix Heating came and fixed my A/C quickly and charged a very fair price. He is honest and efficient. He even helped advised me on how to change my A/C filter. I will definitely call on Fix Heating and cooling again.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air. I asked for recommendations on the Nextdoor app and one of my neighbors highly recommended Eulises. He was at my house within 30 minutes of my call to him.
