I have experience in home painting, including work on government buildings and commercial spaces. I built homes and renovated commercial buildings. I was responsible for the apartments opposite Fresno State and multiple complexes throughout Fresno. Today, regulations have changed, requiring most work to have a contractor's license. The positive aspect is that any work performed under the Fresno City Handyman Business License is limited to $500, including materials.
