Five or Free Electrical Solutions were amazing for us in a time of very strict time constraint. Sal came out, evaluated our need for an electrical line for the sump pump in our foundation, gave us a quote and took extra time to help us solve some other solutions. He was extremely professional and understanding, going beyond what was expected. Then Tim and Sam arrived to complete the work one week later. They executed the job extremely well, they were knowledgeable, respectful, prompt and quick with the work. We were so grateful for this experience as it was so quick, easy and completed to our satisfaction. Both customer interaction, communication and job completion were beyond our expectations.

Alex arrived to the house on time, even though I mistakenly gave the wrong address (my bad!), and he was very professional, and upon my interaction with him, very courteous. He assessed what needed to be done and verified the outlets that needed to be upgraded at this time. The 2-3 days later, Tim came to the house and verified the outlets that he'll need to upgrade, all 6 of them. Tim methodically replaced all outlets, and we reminisced growing up in the Bay Area. Throughout the project, Tim mainly focused on the job. I knew then that I realized I have found my new go-to electricians. Five or Free has been great from my initial contact with them for a quote to the completion of the job. I highly recommend them!

I needed help installing a light fixture in my master bedroom. I was able to make an appointment over the phone and the electrician Alex arrived on time within the promised timeframe. He was very clean and efficient and respectful of my home in protecting the furniture.

I appreciated how they send multiple emails and texts with reminders and a notification when Alex was on his way including a picture of himself.

They were very friendly and responded quickly to all of my requests! Sal from Five or Free came out to quote my lighting job in little time, and had the whole job mapped out within 30 mins. After scheduling a work appointment, Tim came out and took care of the job for us! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and paid attention to detail. One of the light ballasts he installed wasn't working once the job was complete, and was clearly a defect from when it was purchased. Without hesitation, he took it down and went back to get a replacement ballast to finish the job, still finishing before they say he would! We'd like to thank Tim, Sal, and the rest of the Five or Free team for making this electrical job an easy and safe process!

We received excellent service for our electrical problem. Alex Gonzalez arrived promptly and found our electrical problem was due to outdated lighting fixtures. We were relieved to learn that we didn't have an electrical short causing the lights to burn out so quickly. He gave us a reasonable quote to replace our four kitchen lights and we scheduled an appointment. Alex was very knowledgeable, and helpful. We are very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend Five or Free.

Today, 1/30/2020, Technicians Allen and Timothy arrived promptly to install the four new kitchen lights that we ordered. They completed the installation and went out of their way to explain in detail the difference in the lights and how they worked. They completed the work way ahead of time in a very professional and courteous way. We are very impressed with their expertise and customer service.
We are very pleased with the excellent service we received and will recommend Five or Free to our friends and family! We are so happy we called Five or Free!

The customer service that we received from Five or Free was top notch. The person on the phone (John, I believe) and our electrician, Tim, were both helpful and prompt. He was respectful of our home and gave some helpful tips and tricks that we can use to avoid the same issues in the future. They were on time, easy to book with and cost-efficient. I am giving this company 5 stars because they truly earned it!
Jon was the representative that called me back quickly after I requested a quote. VERY professional and thorough. Days later I had an electrician scheduled to come out to price the task. Josh was on time! Actually early this is a huge factor for me.
He was professional, covering his shoes and asking what was needed and listened!
He gave me a quote, I though was a little pricey. Then he began to look for discounts and he gave us one for military.
He also wrote up a sensor light to be installed in my hallway!
Days later Tim and Gerry came to do the work.
They also were on time and prepared to work.
They worked hard and did an outstanding job installing a new ceiling fan in our bedroom. Wait when they left that night the fan started making a humming sound! Oh no! I called the next day and sent an email. Again Jon returned my call and said he would send them out to rectify the issue and he apologized for the problems.
Tim came back asked what was wrong and then went to
Work. Come to find out the switch I purchase was not the right one. Well! Tim went to the store got the right one and fixed the problem No extra charge????!!!!

Needed an outlet installed yesterday. I was thinking standard 2 outlet, but after listening to the electrician decided to go with a four outlet box. At the completion of the project I am so happy I listened. I would of had to use extension cords. Thank you for a great job at a reasonable price!
