Excellent end-to-end experience. Five or Free responded to my inquiry quickly with a phone call. They ensured their technicians are fully licensed, and they would provide a free initial assessment to help determine the work and cost.

The quote I received was the best amongst the crowd. However, their service was also top notch. Not only was I getting a good rate, their team were friendly, candid, and professional.

Chris and Cory were the assigned technician for the panel replacement. They walked me through the details of their work plan, and thoroughly explained the process of their job. Through out the job, they ensured our home were not impacted by any of the debris. They were so neat, that it felt like no repair work had even taken place. They are true professionals that I would recommend.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the project outcome. It's a piece of mind to know that my electrical panels were done professionally.

Very nice company and professional. I think the price point for my estimate was somewhere in the middle of the three bids that I obtained but they were kinda tellIng me that I needed more work and upgrades than what were necessary. Sure maybe one day I can upgrade my panel but it's not a necessity right now. After speaking with several other electricians I realized that the extra work was not a necessity right now.
So if you're on a budget maybe this isn't the right company. As a woman I really don't need companies to tell me I need xxxxx xtra work if it is not a necessary nor what I asked for an estimate for.
It could feel like they are trying to take advantage of someone. I am more than capable of researching the specific worK I need to verify what is and isn't warranted.

We hired Five or Free Electrical to install two chandeliers for us. They did a perfect job, and when they needed a couple of extra hands for a difficult and heavy chandelier, extra help arrived within 20 minutes, and got the job done. I would recommend this company highly. They have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Super professional service. We had a kitchen outlet installed by a fly-by-night electrician. Needless to say, it never worked. A friend recommended Five of Free as they had done a great job rewiring his entire house so we gave them a call. Jon was fast to schedule an assessment, and Sal was a consummate professional and all around good guy, quickly evaluating the problem and clearly explaining my options. He even showed me how to reset the GFI that had popped under my sink and stopped the garbage disposal from working. He also arranged a discount for our friend's referral. Jon quickly scheduled the work and Chris and Al got it done super fast. They were polite and professional and left the kitchen spotless when they were done. Class act.

I was told that replacing my electrical panel was a good idea since I am having an HVAC system installed. I called around for quotes for this and this was by far the most responsive company. They graciously rescheduled after I had to cancel the first appointment and came by with a field tech and installer. They carefully went over what they would do and for what price and clued me into why their company is named what it is which....I have to say is a great gimmick and a real selling point. I suggest you ask them to tell you what it means. They came in at a higher bid than most of the other companies but the level of detail and face to face customer service made the final price worth it. Allen was super personable and very knowledgeable. He had another cool soft spoken dude with a beard with him but I don't recall his name. They went the extra mile and did some patchwork and finishing work to make sure I was happy and provided me with temporary power so that I could work while they worked. I was stunned when they completed the job in one day. All of the workers that came with Allen were courteous, professional, thoughtful and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks, guys!!!!!!

It was easy to set up appointments and got reasonable pricing for the work. Job came on time and finished the work beautifully and cleaned up after himself. I would definitly recommend anyone who needs electrical works at home. Happy that my house is now LIT.

I would actually give Five or Free 10 stars if I could!!! My experience with them was nothing but professional, accommodating and responsive. We had just moved into our home when we were faced with some wiring issues. Many of our plugs were not grounded especially the ones that our 60"" television needed to use. In fact there was no power to that outlet!! One phone call and Emmanuel was ringing the doorbell!! After a thorough review of our situation he made a recommendation that involved making our old knob and tube wiring safe without rewiring the whole house and putting in overhead wiring for an overhead lamp. The next morning Josh and his crew showed up before 9 and worked tirelessly the whole day... no stopping for lunch!!! Their communication was flawless!!! I could even track where Josh was as he drove in from Modesto early in the morning!!! I could not recommend this company more!! They were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Sal came out, talked to us about our needs, took pictures and worked up a comprehensive quote, we talked about it, decided on what we had to do, committed to the work and within a week we had an appointment. Chris came to do the work and he was fantastic, all the work was done in one day and Chris worked hard. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. All the area that he worked in we left extremely clean. Not only would I recommend them, I will be using them again!
