We wanted to get a new GFCI outlet in the bathroom for a bidet toilet we plan on getting and the came and assessed the job quickly. We set an appointment for it that day, and they came and did the job very quickly and left the place looking great! I would definitely use them again. Thanks for everything!

I had previously reached out to five or free for a quote but eventually had my solar company that was doing work include what I'd reached out to Five or Free for.
I decided to give them another shot for a very very simple job. Probably should've done it myself all said and done. I was quoted $225 for literally 20-30mins worth of work. Cutting an existing wire that had been wired to the dishwasher and installing an outlet box for what I thought was needed for code.
Seemed like a high quote for a 1/2hrs time but decided to give them the chance. After the work was done
1) i was disappointed to learn I didn't need to have this work done, it would've been fine to wire the new dishwasher directly the way the prior unit had been. It actually made our dishwasher install unnecessarily harder. Also disappointed because I feel I'd obviously overpaid, AND our quoting rep could've better educated us rather than making a quick buck. I'm in sales, I'm well versed in educating customers on what's right / needed for a job vs just pushing a sale.
2) install rep gets a 4/5. Quick and professional but didn't put the box where we'd expected or hoped. With the dishwasher plugged in we actually can't set the washer back far enough due to the plug hitting the back of the unit. So I'll end up having to rewire the dishwasher with a flat plug.

I dont want to give a low score because I dkd not proceed, but my experienced retired contractor friend advised me to go elsewhere when he saw the $3,500+ quote to replqce my subpanel. First, I ended up getting the job done for $150 by my hanyman when I figired out it waa just a circuit breaker replacement. Second, there was nothing wrong with the panel itself. My contractor friend said look for rusting/corrosion around the bus bar and there was none. Third, the rationale to replace the subpanel was due to the current one being out of code, not because it failed. However, there is no reason or requrement to bring it up to code for a circuit breaker swap. Fourth, even if there truly was a reason to replace the panel, their quote was double of what it should cost. Fifth, even though I did not proceed they kept sending auotmated messahes to review them. My contractor called them hustlers, but you be the judge. I have a lot of property and I go elsewhere, but if you want prompt response, professionalism, dont worry abiut overpaying for stuff, maybe this vendor is for you. Can't express my appreciation for their above and beyond services in helping my problem.

Today, my electric for the master bedroom and bath room are all shot down. I reset the circuit button and the circuit breaker, but can't bring the electric back. So I contact Five or Free, since they did a wonderful job in June for my kitchen light.

John Booren called me back promptly, understand my issue, but told me that their schedule is full till the end of the week. To help out my situation, John asked more details on the issue, how I reset, and recommend me to do some process of resetting as he instructed. It worked! Can't express my relief and appreciation.

From response to my request, visit to giving quote, confirmations, technician installation are all conducted in a very efficient and professional way.

Timothy came to give me quote. He was very courteous and patient. He is not pushing us to sign the contract, but give us various options that suit our needs.

Ethan (project manger) confirmed the project, products and installation day. He is also very patient to answer our questions regarding various light options.

Cory Faber (Technician) removed my old T12 Kitchen fixture and install LED Light fixture. The works were done beautifully. On top of general installation, he also makes sure the new fixture was positioned to our request, patched up hols from old fixture, cleanup all debris when work done. Friendly and very efficient on his works.

Over all, this is a company win my trust and business. Highly recommended!

They responded quickly to my request and we booked an appointment within 24 hours. Very responsive, excellent service, and very high quality work. They replaced my sub-panel and did a great job. I will call them again for service if I need more electrical work.

It was not worth my time to request the ostensibly free assessment. Time was set up for July 12th. On the morning of July 12th, I received a text stating that they would like to reschedule to July 26th. Arrived on the 26th without our approval. The person who arrived was briefed on the problem and spent some time investigating it. Other issues discovered were appreciated. I got the quote the same day, ignored the main problem, and gave a quote for everything else except the problem I wanted fixed. Thought it was a mistake, but it's been a week and despite multiple emails, they are still not ready to provide a quote, including the main issue. My experience with them has been negative. They are unresponsive and appear to be focused on skimming.

There are plenty of other electricians/companies out there and I'd suggest going with someone else. The tech quoted me $4700.00 for a generator transfer switch and said it was originally 7k. What a joke. I think they forget that we have the ability to get quotes from other vendors and customers can and do their homework prior to securing a vendor. The tech had to call another technician that specializes in generator transfer switches. Why would the company send a tech out that didn't know what to do in the first place. FYI: all the other electricians quoted 1K to $1500. Go elsewhere.
