Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. Not to mention they spent the entire day there, and into the night, to finish the job for us on time before my son's party! So appreciated and dedicated. You will never have to look any further for a more qualified, professional, trustworthy, well spoken electrician and all around great guy. Tom is all those things and more.

I had a problem with a backyard remodel that included installing underground gas lines extending about 80 feet and connected to very expensive outdoor heaters. My contractors workers could not figure out how to properly connect the heaters and would never read the manuals when I suggested that. Ultimately the heaters were connected incorrectly and didn't work. They no longer knew how to troubleshoot the problem and pretty much made it my problem from there.

The few electricians I did contact said up front they did not want to take on the task or they kept saying that they needed to come out to ""take a look"" if it was something they could resolve. Two did come to assess the problem. Decided they didn't know how to fix the problem but of course charged me to ""take a look"". From then on I made sure to ask other electricians if they had experience with gas lines and gas heaters. They never wanted to answer that question and insisted on coming out. That was very frustrating for me because when I pushed the question they admitted they did not have the experience.

From the initial inquiry Tom responded within minutes. He answered at least a dozen questions in detail and never pushed to make an appointment. I asked him for an appointment.

He showed up on time. He could immediately smell gas leaks where I could not. In a few minutes he found several problems. Made sure to show me each problem and explain how they affect the heaters from working properly. He fixed everything in a little more then two hours and finally the heaters worked beautifully. I also had him install a motion light.

He is coming back next week to install 4 indoor fans, more motion lighting outside and two attic fans.

Tom turned a stressful and frustrating problem around for me. I'm so grateful to him!
