During a large storm a couple weeks ago, a tree fell and ripped out the electrical line from our house. It took almost 4 days for PG&E to come out only to find that since the pole attached to the line is not owned by PG&E, they could not help. We called Fisher Electric and they came out within one hour and were able to reattach the line. After being without power for so long, we were very thankful that Fisher Electric was so diligent!! We will continue to use Fisher Electric in the future!

Tim and Trevor installed a heat pump for my house. They gave an excellent quote and fit me in quickly. Since then they have become my electricians. They problem solved an overheating breaker. Next, they mapped my electrical wiring at no cost. Local, family owned businesses are the best.

Fisher electric was fast and professional but not transparent about pricing. I called about some outlets that lost power. No walls needed to be opened up. I was told I would get a quote before work started but did not receive one. I did receive a bill for 250$/hour, so $1,125.00 total for 4.5 hours of work. Why aren't rates listed on the website? Why on my bill is there a spot that says ""hourly"" rate but shows no rate, only the total amount? I am grateful the problem was fixed but I just can't shake the feeling that I got way overcharged.

Jay came out to help a plug that had blown. He was great at communicating his arrival time and was quick to diagnose what had happened. Jay was friendly and helped to not only address what had happened, but mitigate any future risks to the home by replacing another plug that had a leak behind it. He was clear to communicate pricing before he started working and did an excellent job letting me know what work he was doing. Thanks Jay!

I called Fisher Electric to install an outlet and transfer switch for a portable generator, and they were able schedule a vist that very week! The install was very fast, and I could tell that the installers were making sure that everything was done safely and correctly. they were initially very responsive and the guys that came out to do the bid were friendly, thorough and explained everything to me which i really appreciated. however after never hearing back about an estimate i reached out several times to the company over the next few weeks, and they kept saying they'd get back to me but i still have never received the bid, now a month later. idk if they are trying to take on more business than they can truly handle or if someone is dropping the ball, but i wasted a bunch of time and energy and shouldn't have to do that. please figure out where the issue is fisher electric and act with integrity so as not to waste potential customers time.

My lights were going out intermittently, I was concerned and reached out to Fisher Electric on a Monday morning, they were extremely responsive and there within an hour. They got my panels safe and replaced that week. Jay, Robert and Mike were extremely professional, kept me informed of everything they were doing along the way and made sure everything was clean and working prior to leaving.
I appreciate this company so much and would highly recommend them!
