They came to us under a home warranty claim. It was made as an urgent call to them, as two contractors previously no showed or were non responsive.
They happened to be on a job nearby, and came right away upon completion of their project in process. Jay was very professional, friendly and efficient. He assessed the problem, replaced some faulty circuit breakers and had us back up and running very quickly. He also showed some deferred maintenance issues with our panel, as it is 40 years old. Nothing pushy, but precaution; it was much appreciated. I will call them when I do that work.

Contacted Fisher Electric late in the afternoon, just after 5:00pm and still got an apt. first thing the next morning. Jay was very thorough and did a great job of analyzing and explaining our electrical situation and the issues involved. He got our electrical system up and running and provided excellent advise on what should be done in the future to prevent future electrical problems. Jay was absolutely fantastic! We have had various electricians try to solve a problem with a light switch, but no one could. Jay came with a 'can do' attitude and fixed the problem in an hour. He is great! I can't recommend him highly enough.

Sent a request describing the job thru Yelp. Got a prompt response on a Sunday afternoon saying call me the next day. Called early Monday morning and call was actually answered. He asked if I could send a picture of the problem (installing a new porch light). Sent the pictured he called me right back. Told me how to solve my problem and saved me $$$ for a service call.

Very helpful, friendly, and prompt! Will definitely use if additional electrical work is needed!

Called today at 10:35 AM to setup an appointment, to get an estimate, for a gererator installation. Was told he had to move to a quieter location and would return my call in 5 minutes. Never returned my call.

Mike and his crew installed a 22kW Generac generator which took two half days due to the transfer switch coming in later than expected. Mike was always prompt in responding and thorough with answers to all our questions. Since the generator is WiFi enabled, we're able to see when it's running the bi-weekly test and when the unit needs factory recommended maintenance. It's nice to know that we will have power when PG&E starts rolling outages again (or a down tree knocks out power in our neighborhood). Will update this review once we actually use the generator and see how it performs. Mike's bid was same as one other one we obtained, but we went with Mike, since he was able to answer all our questions on the spot. We're very happy with Fisher Electric's work and will be seeing Mike/crew for our Generac scheduled maintenance. Thanks again, Mike!

Had a really great experience with Mike and his team. When I contacted Mike with a request for an estimate, I heard back right away. He had a busy schedule but worked to get my repairs( broken out door timers, spa electric box removal , and general outdoor outlet repairs)started as soon as possible. On the day of, his technician Jay arrived right on time and explained in a clear and concise manner what it would take to fix the various issues in my front and back yards. He was super nice and very professional. Finished in record time and areas where he worked were left spotless. I will definitely use them again in the future and will happily recommend to my neighbors!
