There was some miscommunication on my end but Ney was very professional about it. Thank you again for being so understanding and for providing me with excellent customer service. This company is great I called because we had some issues with an outlet. Ney said that he would be able to come out with in three hours. He did a great job. He fixed outlet and he even replaced a few breakers for us well. Great price, and he didn't try to oversell anything. Overall great job and very friendly.

Was a couple month ago now. Contacted Ney and he responded promptly. Was seen the next day. Air went out, and turns out my fuses and bar were all burn up. He replaced the whole thing good as new (fuses and bar)for around $500. It has been a couple months since and have not had any issues with the work. I plan on checking fuses after summer is over and keeping up better maintenance yearly as he suggested. Great service and fast work. Just in time to battle this hot summer.

Ney troubleshot our Air Conditioner/electrical issue down to a faulty main (service) breaker and replaced it FAST.

We wasted time and money on one HVAC tech, another electrician, and an Edison Tech. The HVAC guy wanted me to buy a new system! Crazy!

Ney's prices are ok and his work has warranty. What more can you ask for. Thanks for saving us during this heatwave Ney.

Called on Wednesday June 27 to schedule a time to do some electrical work for me. Spoke to Ney and he was very cordial and we made an appointment for Friday July 6. He never showed and did not even call to explain why he did not show. Very disappointing as his reviews are stellar.

We are remodeling our bathroom and I needed to move two wall sconces, change a recessed light into a pendant fixture and add a bath fan. I had received other quotes at that time. Ney helped me and he was very nice. I thought their price was reasonable. They were also available to work on it soon, which I needed.
The day of work there were three of them working here and they got it all done in one day! I am very happy with First Tri Electric and I will call them again for other projects.
