Ruben came out to re-install a microwave that a cabinet guy took down but couldn't put back. He verified and picked up everything he needed prior to starting the job, he had all the tools to install and cleanup after the job. He worked diligently and got the job done, after cleaning his work area he let me know he was done.

Called Nei to ask about installing a light fixture and wired video doorbell. He was going to see me same day but I wasn't home so he had Ruben come out the very next day. After an evaluation of the work, Nei and Ruben were honest. The video doorbell would be costly and invasive and I'd be better off getting a battery powered one. I appreciate the honesty. I decided to just get the fixture installed. Ruben installed the light fixture in under an hour and my kitchen was totally spotless when he left. Thanks for a quality job!

First Tri has saved my butt twice. My tenant called me desperate for help, all the power had gone out. Ney responded quickly and performed a challenging repair (part was unavailable and he was still able to get the power up) for a very fair price. Fast forward a year and a half later - same issue. My tenant calls - no power - with only a couple hours left of sunlight in the day, Ney arrived on the scene quickly and not only was he able to repair the issue extremely quickly, he didn't even charge me for the part, he proactively let me know it was still under warranty.
