Do NOT do business with this shady company. I was forced to use them through my home warranty company. We never received a phone call from them after being told we would. Each time I or my husband called them, we got their voice mail and left a message. We never got a call back. After calling our warranty company, we were told that First Choice told them that they called us, which never happened. They told us they would be at our house that day between 12-2. We were home all day and they never showed up! Never called. Fast forward a few days and we were charged a $75 service fee! When I called my warranty company, they told me that First Choice claimed it was a No Show fee. Are you kidding me??? My warranty company has refunded me this money. First Choice Electric is full of liars!
