This company is marginal at best. They are an American Home Shield contractor, but fail to complete the service assigned to them. It is nearly impossible to reach them by telephone, and most often a call is directed to a voicemail for which there is no response. Avoid this company if you want an electrical issue satisfactorily completed.

One day I came home to no lights in the bathrooms, kitchen, pantry and stairs... I called American Home Shield and they referred Firewire Services for the work. On Monday Yamesh came to my home to troubleshoot the issues and I can't speak any more highly about his attention to detail... he had to figure out where the short was happening since certain areas seemed to be working during his troubleshoot. He was extremely patient especially since I was his first customer of the week and it was tricky. He was able to find out where the issue was, informed me of the issue and assisted with getting all the information back to AHS so they can approve the final work. When it was approved he returned to my home and was able to fix the issue in no time. Happy to say my home is back up and running and I couldn't be more pleased with Yamesh's work ethic! I used them as part of a home warranty contract. First, they sent a guy out. He started off by addressing my father, who was present but not the homeowner and who wasn't speaking to him. Then, he insisted on ""checking my work"" on the problem. Once he agreed that I had done everything correctly, and that the problem was in fact the wiring, he told me it was not covered in my contract. It was covered in my contract, and the home warranty company confirmed this. He then lied on his paperwork to my home warranty company and refused to come back out. Scam artists at best.
