Firebrand showed up on time this morning for the yearly maintenance on the Kohler 12kW generator they installed a year ago. The generator works perfectly and comes on as it should when we lose electricity. I love this company and I am 100% pleased with their service and attention to getting back to me on any questions I may have. The Kohler generator worked perfectly throughout the Walbridge fire last August. We have horses and needed to stay around when we could in order to feed and care for farm animals. I gladly have recommended this company to my neighbors and they have thanked me after engaging Firebrand in similar installations to mine.

We installed our Kohler 14Kw backup generator a year ago and it was due for its annual maintenance. I called around to several local service providers to arrange an appointment. After a couple of companies either didn't get back to us or didn't work on home units, I was lucky to reach Firebrand Safety Systems, a certified Kohler service provider. They were great. They scheduled an appointment within ten days. Cole, their technician, was on time and terrific to work with. He answered all of our questions and explained every step of what he did. He was very efficient and pleasant. We look forward to a log relationship with Firebrand and Cole!
