Mike and his team really went above and beyond to get our new hot tub hooked up. This was a 3-phase project, and they were always on time (which was especially important during the concrete pouring) - he even fit us in with extremely short notice when the concrete company bumped up their schedule. Mike always picked up the phone or called back right away. Highly recommend these guys

I used Finner for installation of an outlet for a fountain 6mos back and they did a reasonable job. I gave a 5-star recommendation at that time though the price was a bit high. The second time I had an issue with the low voltage lights (related to the original work they did). Since I trusted them and they were familiar with the setup, I requested for someone to come take a look. Mike sent someone, and they troubleshooted the issue, which was that the timer regulating the light needed a reset. It took them may be 15-20min to fix. Considering that I have worked with Mike in the past (for a job that costed over 1K) and was impressed by his attitude, I assumed that he would send someone to take a look, and let me know how much it will cost. There was no communication upfront that it will cost $X just to come take a look and provide an estimate. I was surprised when they sent me an invoice of $150 for telling me that the timer needs a reset. Of-course they did reset it for me, and it is working well.
My reason for giving a 2-star review for Mike and Finner is for betraying the trust that I had for him and this company. I had recommended them to few of my friends also. Had I been told that it would cost $150 for them to come and see, I would not have hired them.

We had lights at our church that would flicker. Finner Electric came out and spent an hour tracking it down and found our copier electronic were interfering with the circuit. He didn't charge us. Now we had power go out over 1/2 of our building. We called Finner Electric to check this out and they found problem and resolved the issue quickly and were affordable. I don't write many reviews, but do like to acknowledge when a company goes above and beyond and are honest. I would recommend them if in need of their serviced
