I had Final Touch Custom Ceilings remove the popcorn ceilings in my home several months ago. The living room, dining room, family room and master bedroom were high ceilings. Two other bedrooms were standard height ceilings. The crew arrived on time as scheduled, took great care to protect all areas that were not going to be touched. Allowed me to watch them and ask questions as they took the popcorn ceilings down. Cleaned up when they left that day. Returned the following day on time as scheduled and again took time to protect all areas that were not going to be textured and painted. Cleaned up at the end of that day and removed all left over materials. The gentlemen were respectful of my furniture and moved items carefully. Final Touch Custom Ceilings charged a fair price for the work and I would use them again.

Bill was professional from our first meeting. I received several bids to take off all my popcorn ceiling in my home (2400 square feet) which was built in 1986. Some companies said, my ceilings were too high, they wouldn't do that section. Others wanted extra money for the high ceilings and/or to run the electricity for the recessed lighting to the high ceiling. This was not the case with Final Touch Custom Ceilings. I decided to sign the contract to remove all the popcorn ceiling, straighten the ceiling where there was an opening with Florissant lights, and install recessed lighting all over the house. We scheduled the days he would be at my house (3 days in a row, then 1 more after everything dried). They kept to the schedule and finished the entire job on time. His crew of 3 men worked so hard doing a great job all the days they were here. They cleaned up each day when they were done. It turned out much better than I would have ever imagined. You would never know there was an opening in the kitchen area because it is perfectly straight now and looks great. The last day of completion, Bill went around the house to make sure everything was working correctly (the recessed lights) and checked the painting, too. He told me to make sure I was happy with everything. It looks beautiful and so brand new! The recessed lighting they installed is beautiful and adds to the great new look of my house. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made by hiring them. I would highly recommend Final Touch Custom Ceilings. I am a very happy customer because I love my new ceilings and the recessed lighting! A+ job well done!

I would never have these guys do any work at my house again. They told me I didn't need to move any furniture yet they stood on the back of my couch and busted it. They never told me and just tried to cover it up. The tape they used in one part of the house took the paint off the walls then he told my husband ""oh well"" Was not happy at all.----- yes you did do a job at my house. Would you like me to post the contract

We chose Final Touch after we had water damage to our living room. We had drywall damage that needed to be fixed. We also decided to have our ""popcorn"" ceiling removed in the process to modernize our house. In the end we decided to further the process and have our kitchen and family room ceilings updated with recessed lighting. Bill's quote was the lower than other quotes we received. He was also very personable and willing to explain the process and offer suggestions. He put our minds at ease and we never had issues asking questions. He and his crew got the whole job done in two days with minimal cleanup required afterwards. Had i known it would be so easy, i would have had this job done years ago. Believe all the positive reviews that are on yelp, this company deserves it high ratings!
