I was interested in installing central air conditioning. The rep came by the same afternoon, helped me understand my options, did not try to upswell me, and even got me a pre-summer discount. Pricing was reasonable and in line with local estimates.The installation was scheduled for the next day. They showed up on time, everyone was fully vaccinated, and I was comfortably cool in just a few hours. I definitely recommend these guys.

Fel-Air did a complete install on my new HVAC system, including a new furnace and central air system. Very fair price for the quality of the product (Goodman system). However, some minor gripes. They were supposed to install a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat, and didn't originally show up with the part. As the salesman had described the thermostat when he sold me the system as a touch screen color panel, I was disappointed to find out that the installers went out and got the lowest quality thermostat (a Honeywell analog Wi Fi) that they could find to put in. Pretty much the same one as I had previously...not an upgrade. In addition, when they showed up to do the install, they didn't have a dolly to remove the old equipment and install the new (they borrowed mine). Really? Happy with the equipment, install speed/quality, but annoyed with the low end thermostat. Rate this as 4 stars.

Best company for new hvac unit .I looked many companies Jared and clint (owner) is the best .They gave me very good price as well as bestest service any one provide .Jessy was good worker took his time to complete the project he installed new unit , ductwork all needed for new system .l am glad I found this company.Thanks

Clint is the man! Got out to my house on a moments notice and was able to diagnose my blown compressor on my AC unit. He had the parts next day and had someone out to the house and replace it just in time for the heat wave this summer. Highly recommend fel-air over any other company in the area

After having a service company play games for a few days and not show up I contacted Fel-Air. That are a local company for me and I like to try to keep it local
I reached out on Wednesday night and received a call back immediately. Also the company made an appoint to fox my non working air conditioner the next morning. WOW. It has been so hot and I haven't had cooling all week. So I was pretty happy they could come so fast.
A very talented young man named Madison (shout out) went over my entire unit.
He was very polite and quite knowledgeable.
After fixing my unit he climbed on the roof to make sure the outside unit was clean. Just impressed how thorough he was.
For all that was done I considered the price to be quite reasonable. He did not try to up sale me anything and explained exactly what I needed and why.
Kudos Fel-Air. My house is much cooler now

We were in a jam in the middle of a heat wave when our central AC started working intermittently. I reached out to this company and they were responsive. I was able to get an estimate the same day. Brian arrived on time was polite and sat down with us and explained everything after looking at our outdoor equipment and in our attic. He explained everything to us in detail and that meant so much! We signed the contract and set the appointment for installation. Everything went as was explained. The installation guys showed up on time, were communicative, friendly and professional. I feel that I got the best deal snd highly recommend their services. The guys were attention to detail. Our air is working great! Thank you for working so hard.

This company saved us in a bind . It was 90 degrees in our home and we have two small children. We blew a fuse and had no ac and it was 9:30 at night and nowhere was open. I called this company and they offered to give us a fuse out of the kindness of there heart. Thank you soo much !

This guy is an ass h..... he promise to come here to my residence Friday never called back I guess he doesn't like to work on classy afro American homes he said he was going to call an make arrangements my ac gave out friday and this guy never called back I assuming he doesn't do business with afro American classy American I will not trust this f... k. Our air conditioning went out right in the middle of this heat wave and our house was miserable! Fel-Air came out the same day to give us a quote. They were very professional and friendly and gave us the lowest quote. They came out the very next day and installed the new ac unit and replaced the coils. Great work and I highly recommend!
