Devon offers courteous and prompt services, which is very much appreciated. However, his service is overpriced.

I was charged for two separate visits within a 3 week period totaling over $400 including $49 truck dispatch fee, just to get a simple electrical outlet problem fixed in a condo. The repair work was neither extensive nor ""numerous"", other than replacing loose outlets or faulty GFCI switches.

The condo is located in the Northgate Village next to Northridge Mall in Salinas. It was originally built in 1984 and remodeled in 2009.

In my opinion, his service is overpriced and very expensive.

You are truly 1 in a million!! Thank you for taking care of my mom and her electrical issue! Devon was patient with my mom and explained to her what needed to be done. My mom had 1 other electrician come in for an estimate and he started looking at he front of the house at the water pipes?!? With that said We are Lucky to find Devon and his Yelp reviews!! Devon was there when he said he was going to be there, got the job done Above and Beyond we expected and in Fast timing too!! Thank you for taking care of my (70+year old) Mom in getting her electrical issue fixed and especially with your great pricing!! Quality and service at a fair price!
We lost our trusted electrician some years ago and have only recently needed some work done. Devon was a referral from another electrician in the business who was booked for months. I called Devon who listened to my needs, emailed me a quote, and arrived to our house within 48 hours. He arrived early and was quick to resolve our issues. The great thing about Devon is he clearly explains what he is doing and demonstrated great patience while I watched and asked questions. Here is the most important part - while doing the work I requested, he found some truly serious safety issues and took care of them immediately. I actually saw burn marks and sparking so it was not like he intended to price gouge us like some car repairman might do - he truly had our safety in mind and did the work to our complete satisfaction. We will request Devon in the future and will seriously put him on our short list of those we will contact when we start our remodel in the coming months. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

What more can I say than Devon Fehn. You can tell a lot about someones integrity through how personable he is. He was very prompt, engaging and professional, I had to call Fehn Electric due to a repair situation that I rushed through and messed up. The fix was simple, to him. More complex for me but I learned a lot from his work. His estimate was reasonable and after his diagnosis the repair was less than the estimate. Which for many customers, honesty and integrity is what helps you to choose someone to work on your house. You can't go wrong by calling Mr. Fehn, he knows the value of customer service.

BTW - Safety is a high priority for Mr. Fehn. He explained how the way he repaired the problem will help to keep shorts and arcs from happening as oppose to how I did the repair. I will definitely use Fehn Electric again.

We used Fehn Electric to install a new outlet in a difficult location...inside the fireplace of our Salinas home. He analyzed the problems with us, solved them all, finished the job with skill, and honored his original estimate.
He was also willing and able to tackle some extra repairs we needed. Devon is cheerful and efficient, very sensitive to the customer's needs, and charges a reasonable amount. I recommend him highly and would definitely call him again.
