So this guy from YELP, Keith, keeps calling. Wants us to ""claim our business"" here at Federal Metals and essentially convert our page to a promoted page, ((paid for) when I myself use YELP for honest feedback and reviews. Keith is probably going to leave us a review now because he's a hater who works on commission and is not going to find that here at our scrap yard. Good luck on your ventures Keith, people use YELP for unpaid reviews from everyday people. They are rarely searching for a scrap yard here. Please stop harassing our office @yelp

They were unethical when I went to recycled metal with them they scammed me when they tried to give me my receipt and money I knew that they were trying to cheat me. I refused to take the money or receipt and asked for my metal scrap back. I was told that they had already processed it. In my mind this is like paying for a diamond and being forced to a cz they changed out for the diamond you payed for.

Ever wonder why some of the things you throw out like an old wall Air Conditioner disappear shortly after you put them out for garbage collection? Chances are those things are making their way to a place like this.

It's great, I brought some old batteries that were no longer viable and turned it into CASH.

So while others are paying for someone to pick up items to recycle, you can bring it here and they pay you!

You can't get any better than that.

federal metals is the best scrap yard in miami!! i take all me usless scrap an get paid top dollar its great way to make extra cash an if i didnt have a 7-5 id scrap everyday, recycling is good for the earth an my pockets. i had some young kid help me he was funny so i gave him 2 bucks for a beer for unloadin my truck an givin me some pointers...everyone thelre was more then helpfull
