I been in Florida about 9yr, one thing I have found about living here is how undependable company are in this state, They say they be there and they never show up. WELL Faulkner not like that, they show up when they said they would, had the estimate that next day. They also recommended things I might what that I never though before work every stated. The quality of work and the price could not be bet. If you look at the reviews every one has good things to say. Most people complain at the service, and that why they write review most a negative. I believe that a company should be the same way and create a good experience for customer. Well I believe that Faulkner is the to use( Great job )

Courtney and Dillon We're right on time. They were very prompt. Unlike me, I am always late!! They were super friendly and knowledgeable and got right to work. They replaced the GFCI and they were done in less than 30 minutes. That was long enough to find out they both have cats. I have three cats so you know I was bragging and talking about my cats. Next time I have an electrical problem I will be calling Faulkner Electric. I highly recommend them. They've been in business for 50 years. If you have an electrical problem don't have a handyman fix it have Faulkner Fix-it they are professional and licensed.

I upgraded my electrical panel to 200 amp and had them add an 'outlet' for a generator. The crew of 4 arrived on time, went to work immediately, were finished within 5 hours (including county inspection!), and were very neat. They cleaned up beautifully, even outside. They explained things to me clearly and answered all my questions. Outstanding customer service as well as great work.

They were professional from start to finish. from working with Valerie in the office setting up my appointment. She was able to have them come the same day so i would not have to go the weekend with no kitchen lights. Courtney and Justin were so professional and courteous when they showed up I had them schedule for the following week to address some other issues.

Had a problem with my dryer and after finding out it was not the dryer but the power to the dryer I called Faulkner Electric. They were here in an hour and found the electrical problem, they went to Home Depot to get the parts, came back and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. Would definitely use them again for my electrical needs. The workers and the staff were all very friendly. Good job!!

This company is awesome! This is our second time having them help us. The first time they were so spot on that we had them back for a second time to install fans and lights. They were true to their estimate, on time, and very friendly. There was literally no mess left behind and the lights and fans look great. We have peace of mind that they are put in correctly. This is a family owned business and it shows. We would never use another electrician after working with them.

A previous company we looked at said they were going to have to blow through the walls, take down sheet rock, and were very short/rude - the Faulkner team had a waaaaaay better solution that didn't wreck ANY of the sheet rock and got the job done perfectly!!! Love our car charging station :)
