I wasn't in a hurry to get my work done so when we did schedule the appointment it came together well. The electrician who came was friendly and efficient. I'm in SF and they are based in Santa Rosa but don't let that dissuade you. They do much of their work in the city. Full marks for Fatima Electric.

I called to get my standby generator serviced, oil change and filters. I have the service kit and materials. They wanted to charge me $750 for an hour of work! Other businesses have quoted me $250. Buyer beware of a business who wants to charge outrageous amounts.

I got the name of Fatima Electric through an online service called Home Advisor, contacted Stephen/Fatima Electric and he responded within 24 hours, solved my electrical issue (dryer connection) in a very timely and efficient manner at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend him to anyone who asked and will definitely use his service again!

Big shout out to Rob, Matthew, Stephen, and his team to complete a major electrical wiring upgrade on a 100 yro house with speed and quality. I have a 100 yro rental property and one day half of the lights in the house just didn't turn on anymore. I called Stephen and he got Rob and Matthew out to see what was going on. Unlike other electricians that I encountered before where they sold electrical rewiring right out of the gate without doing anything, Rob and Matthew spent about an hour+, went up and down the attic, and tried to narrow down and fix the problem without any major surgery first. They provided me a fair assessment of the situation and its risk. Although I still went down the path of rewiring, at least Rob and Matthew really did their due diligence and logically convinced me to do so.

Here comes the best part. My new tenants were about to move into the property soon. All the rewiring had to be done before the tenants moved in. It was a very aggressive schedule but Stephen was able to do his magic to allocate his team wisely to beat the schedule just in time. The communication throughout the process was great. I was lucky to have Fatima's team to help me out.

I've just passed the City Inspection today. Finally I can put a closure to this project. What a ride but thank you all to make my life easier. Great work guys!

I usually don't write reviews, but I was so satisfied by the prompt, professional and outstanding service from Stephen Warner of Fatima Electric that I felt I ought to spread the word of an excellent electrician. He came on a Saturday, was on time and stayed until he fixed a job that was horribly done by another person. I am grateful I found him.

Review disclosure: We had Fatima give us an estimate, but did not go with Fatima. However, I felt compelled to give them a review based on our estimate and the good service we did receive.

We were looking for bids for electricians to rewire our whole house. Our electricity was old knob and tube and wasn't even grounded! I found Fatima Electric on HomeAdvisor and they were very prompt in following up with me to schedule a time for an estimate.

The estimator was very knowledgable and gave us a very through knowledge of what to expect and how rewires would be done. I loved that the estimate was so clear. Everything was broken down in a very clear manner.

The quote was reasonable, but ultimately we went with another contractor because they were based in San Francisco (our town). But we would not have hesitated to with Fatima Electric because of their attention and knowledge.

As a side note, I used HomeAdvisor to find Fatima, but probably wouldn't use Home Advisor again. I recently learned that while HomeAdvisor is free for homeowners, they really charge contractors heavily to be on the site. I feel like that's a rough deal for the contractors, and I will avoid HomeAdvisor now.

I saw their ad on Google and excellent reviews on HomeAdvisor. We called them out to fix some outlets and install some hard wored garage lights. Stephen also noticed one of our bathroom fans was too loud. He replaced it and put the bathroom light and bathroom fan on separate switches. We scheduled another appoinment to install an attic fan so we can cool off the house in the summer months. Thanks Fatima Electric and Solar!

They were very expensive . Charged $175 for service fee and still did not fix the problem ! Never talk about the price until work done .
