The job walk was accomplished with a promise of an estimate being given. The vendor failed to provide the promised estimate. To me, this breach of integrity justifies ""no confidence"" in any future work by this vendor.

I needed my circuit breaker box looked at, because everything in my bedroom did not work. I called that morning and was able to get someone to come out within a couple of hours, to fix the problem. It was quick, easy, and very affordable.

Scheduled an appointment with Andy for a light install and changing a switch from a single to a double. Confirmed with Andy and agreed on estimate. My wife made sure to leave work early so Andy would be able to get into the home to do the work but Andy never showed, never called and ignored all phone calls the day of the appointment. Completely unprofessional and an absolute waste of our time. If you want to be left waiting for an electrician who will agree to do work but never show up, this is the outfit for you. Save yourself the headache and go with a professional. I will go out of my way to share my experience with as many people as possible.

Andy showed up and was very friendly. He worked very clean and efficiently. He made sure we were happy with the placement of the light fixture before completing the job. It is a 16 foot ceiling and was able to do it on his own.
He charged us exactly what he quoted which was very reasonable and worth every penny. We will have them do future jobs for us when back out in the area. I highly reccommend them for any electrical needs.

I called and spoke to the owner, I believe, over the weekend and we agreed on a price and that he would contact me for a date to do the work. Well, he never called back and I tried a couple of times to reach out to him with no response. Don't waste your time with local businesses.

Electrician came out seemed competent. Fixed one issue, great. I wanted one light on a dimmer, he didn't have a dimmer in the truck. I wanted a chandelier fixed, he didn't have a tall enough ladder. I wanted a plug put in behind a tv, no time. He said he would come back Monday, no show and would not respond to texts. I texted the next day ignored my texts. Have never heard from him again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I contacted Father & Son Electric because I was having issues installing some smart switches in my house. Rather than charging me a ridiculous fee to come perform a 15 minute job, they instead took the time to explain what they can do to permanently fix my issues with the wiring and also a quick fix I could do myself. They also referred me to another electrician that would be available the same day to come over and do the work for me if I still needed. I appreciate the honesty. It's refreshing. I did get the job done on my own and did not have to pay an electrician $1000 to install two smart switches for me. I recommend this company purely off their knowledge and customer service.
