Fast is right! I called Nic at 7 am when half of my house went dark. He not only answered his phone, he was at my house by 8 am. Had it up and running with new breakers very quickly and even helped me to write new labels for the box.

Although he had never installed a Tesla Wall Connector, he was eager to do a good job and made sure everything was done correctly. He had a good attitude, was very knowledgeable, and very nice. Nick, the owner, just left after replacing an outlet and circuit breakers for the main curcuit in out townhouse complex. Nick did a superb job and his price was extremely reasonable. Nick came over and diagnosed the problems, we agreed on the price and he came back the next day and took care of everything. He is extremely knowledgable and shares his expertise and love for his craft. He is also a very nice person, explains everything in laymen's terms and doesn't sugar coat anything. As president of ou homeowner's association I will use Nick again for any electrical needs for both our complex and personally. I have also recommended Nick to all the other homeowners in our complex. Being in business for 35 years and his nice personality made this a no-brainer decision.

Nick, the owner of Fast Electric Inc., has been good to our community. I'm the Board President of my condominium and our community needed our light timer box and 8 feet garage light ballast replaced. Nick came by, assessed the situation, agreed on a price much lower than the proposals I received from other electricians, and immediately got to work.

I was impressed with his professionalism and timeliness so I asked him to assess my unit's electrical issues. I was trying to replace my wall outlets with a USB wall outlet and failed. Ever since then, many areas of my unit's electricity stopped working. He assessed all the areas and the breaker, and discovered that multiple circuit breakers were not working. When he checked the breakers more thoroughly, they were blown and had white powder/crust over them. It could've started a fire. He said even though improper handling of wall outlet wiring can cause the breaker to trip and eventually blow, he felt the damages evident seemed to have started years ago and recommended that I replace the whole breaker due to the areas of the blown breakers. Again, we agreed on a price much lower than what I researched online and he came by the following morning to replace it.

It wasn't a simple job; it took 8 hours. One of the reason why it took this long was because he was trying his best to avoid further damage to the surrounding wall of the new breaker box. Even though he already disclosed to me verbally and in the proposal that he might have to cut open the dry wall further out to install it and that he can't be responsible to patch it, he took the extra time and effort to avoid that from happening. I appreciated that very much and the finished work also turned out excellent. I was very satisfied with the results and decided that I'll be contacting him again for future electrical work in my unit, 19 other units in my community, and the condominium complex.

I basically spent 2 whole days with Nick. To reflect on my experience with him, what sets Nick apart from other electricians other than the obvious great price is his personality. He's a nice guy and has good social skills. Any licensed electrician could've done the job described above, but can you trust them being in your home with your family and valuables for 8 hours?
