Paul G.Had electrical concerns noted on a recent home inspection indicating a problem in the home's main electrical box. Two of the circuit breakers were over amped for the size of wire they were connected with.
Mr Farthing opened the box and quickly verified the breakers were not appropriate for the wire. He exchanged them with lower amp versions compatible with the wire's gauge.
Second issue concerned the master bedroom outlets which were wired incorrectly, the positive was ground and vice versa. Again, Mr Farthing quickly verified the issue was valid and examined the wiring to that circuit in the main box. Yep. Reversed but easily corrected.
Makes me wonder how this was missed on the original inspection for the occupancy permit. Anyway, another instance of quick and professional service from Farthing Electric.
