Gaius B.I think the quality of the work was good and the technician was very polite and respectful. The issue I take exception to is to is with is the technician was called out to do two specific jobs: the toilet and shower downstairs.
The technician was very voluntary with other jobs he saw which was fine but he withheld he was charging $150.00-$175.00 a job. There is no doubt the technician did his job but I think he should have given a forewarning the bill was coming to $1823.00. No nothing. Just smiled the entire time.
In my mind, he came out for money compared to really helping an elderly lady with her home.
Now who would ask someone to fix and toilet and shower for $1823.00
