Christian is helping me with some wiring issues in my home. The house was built in 1975, so the wiring is old and has been tricky. Christian came over, assessed the situation, put in a few hours of work and then went over everything to explain it to me in layman's terms. He has communicated very clearly with me about scheduling and will be coming back to finish the smart thermostat in a couple days. Will finish my review, or rather add to it, then. But already I can tell you Christian is easy to work with, very polite, friendly, respectful and professional. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with any electrical issues.

Called for an estimate yesterday said oh no problem be there around 3. I was waiting, finally called at 4 and said he couldn't make it and he would definitely be back today between 9 and 10 just got a text message with some nonsense saying he didn't have a Tech and had a family emergency The message did not make sense very unprofessional y sounded like he was in a bar or somewhere very very noisy Very flaky Bad way to start out

Christian replaced our old fluorescent bulb set up in the kitchen with recessed lights. It works and looks great! He was responsive and easy to schedule with. Also very nice and fair with pricing.

Several outlets, as well as an GFCI had burned out and we couldn't figure out where the issues were.

Christian accommodated my work schedule, isolated multiple issues, and even showed me how to troubleshoot/reset the break and GFCI's.

Had a specialty switch that wasn't working properly and a few other switches just not quite doing what they should (or so I thought). Christian came out and fixed the specialty switch and troubleshot the other switches to explain their behavior. Fixed a loose connection on o e that made all the difference too.

Very responsive to my requests, super helpful and did a great job.

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! Not only did he have me waiting two full days for scheduled appointments but he ask for the payment in full on the first visit. Like a fool I gave it to him. I never saw him again . This is how he left my ceiling. He said he was licensed but I would require proof.

I was very pleased with the service from Farfan's electric. My electrician (Christian) was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and had great customer service. He successfully installed an electronic door lock, nest thermostat, and pendant light for me. I'd recommend anyone in the Indio or greater Palm Springs area use him for your needs.
