Avoid this business for its lack of accountability, and horrible service. The phone number listed is also a google phone and nobody answers when you call.

on 10/13 spoke to 4 different people to set up an appointment to have someone come out and install a 240v and Tesla wall charger.

I received a text message from Victor stating that someone will arrive on 10/14 between the hours of 10 am - 12 pm and I will receive a notification with a 30min eta.

10/14 - 9 am a technician arrived at my door. However, UNPREPARED! Without the Tesla, Wall Charger that was discussed and agreed upon would be provided by Faraday. I called Victor who repeatedly said ""No Worries"" we will solve this for you.

I decided to give them a second opportunity and VICTOR guaranteed an arrival time of 3 pm. When I told him that my wife has to leave by 4:30 pm and cannot wait for a technician to complete his work if they do not arrive on time. He again assured me that someone will arrive at 3 pm, take 45min to complete, and that I will be given notice prior to arrival.

3:15 I reached out to Victor who ignored my calls and texts. Then I receive a message saying...

"" My apologies on the delay, we just had some complications with our previous installation he will be there within 30 mins.""

Finally, I received a phone call from Victor who was clearly embarrassed for failing to follow through on his promise. He said that he found a solution, and fixed the problem. When I asked how he was unable to provide an answer and when I pressed him more for an answer, he started laughing, lost his professionalism, and started using slang words.

Spoke to Frank, the so-called Manager who also didn't listen and simply offered a $25 discount.

At 3:36 pm the electrician arrived, CLUELESS, and asked my wife what type of work he is supposed to do.

Both Victor and Frank kept saying ""If you give us the opportunity, you will see the quality of work"". However, I gave them several opportunities to impress me and prove their quality, and failed each time!

I have text messages to prove it!

What upsets me most are individuals and businesses who cannot follow through with their promises!

Needed a Tesla wall charger. Worked with Ernest to get the quote locked in. Pretty seamless process, you send pictures and they pull your records from the county to determine the work that needs to be done. For an additional fee they will handle the permit processing for you which went smoothly. On the day of the install Carlos came out to install, very knowledgable and did a good job. I would recommend.

I got quotes from dozens of electricians in Los Angeles. Given the same information for Tesla level two charger installation within 5 ft of breaker I got ranges from 400-2000 dollars. The price gouging was unbelievable. I spoke Russel from faraday who responded quickly for an estimate. I sent some photos for them to give their best estimate. Their electrician came the same day within a couple hours
And was done within an hour. My garage was clean afterwards. He was polite and careful and explained
The process throughly. The price was spot on with their estimate and at a very fair price. Highly recommend
