I was thinking if 4.5 stars since I was not completely happy with the scheduling. The representative was very helpful until the time I said I'd hire them, then no one called me back for scheduling. They just sent me something to sign without getting back with me about the actual time of the job.

Nonetheless, the job was done right away! I am very satisfied so far with the installation. Abel was professional and friendly. Did the work in less than an hour. There was a hole on the wall that he had to patch, but doesn't bother me much. Can just paint over it.

Also they gave me a 50 dollar discount for some sort of Holiday special.

Got my new tesla and reach out to a few different companies including Faraday for quote on installation of a Tesla Wall Conmector. My installation is near the panel so it's a simple and straight forward job. They came and got everything done in about an hour, just as they informed me. No issues, hiccups. Everything went smooth. Reached out to me the next day checking status and make sure things went ok. Competitive price among my other quotes. Definitely would recommend

Albert, Rudy and Frank were very professional and helpful thru the process. Robert and Blaine came today 12.20.22 and did the install. They were both very professional and helpful and most of all very caring!!!! They showed me how to charge my car.They even made sure the installation area was all clean when they were done and asked if I had any questions but they were so thorough I didn't have any. They all did an amazing job!
This was a was truly a 10 Star experience !!!!

Worked with Frank and Victor on the details and pricing- very professional and reasonably priced. Kevin and Carlos came out right on time and installed everything and did wonderful job. You can tell they were very experienced and had done many of the tesla wall charger installations.

They were able to route wire and conduit from my backyard breaker box all the way to the garage and placed my wall charger in a perfect spot. They installed a new 60 amp breaker as well.

They even replaced some screws I asked for the existing circuit box- went above and beyond. Great job guys - thanks.

To honest and fair, initially had a rough start getting our project going. We had a somewhat complicated EV charger install in that we were attempting to hardwire two EV chargers for our Rivian R1T and Mach-E. While Faraday (Russell) was very responsive, it wasn't until about a week later that the Faraday team advised that they could not hardwire the two EV chargers as initially designed due to load capacity considerations. However, over the weekend they came up with an alternative/acceptable solution to have one EV charger hardwired and the second plugged in to a NEMA 14-50 outlet. While the NEMA 14-50 outlet does not charge quite as fast, going that route allowed to return to $800 charger I purchased and use the portable charger with the NEMA 14-50 plug provided by Ford. After the initial headwinds in getting through the design phase, things went super smooth. They coordinated with the city for permits, did an outstanding job with the installation (Carlos was awesome) and provided clear follow up instructions on how to work with the city to schedule a final inspection of the install. In addition, while initally wary of going the NEMA 14-50 outlet route, I have found that I get an average charge of 20+ miles of range per hour which is more than sufficient for overnight charging. The Faraday team was very professional. I highly recommend them and would plan to use them again for future home electrical projects.

What a great job!

I had solar installed in my house and the solar company said they'd install an EV charger. When they couldn't do it, I had to scramble and bought a Tesla Wall Connector. I found Faraday Electric through the Tesla recommended providers. They were very professional and efficient, and had the wall connector installed the day after it arrived. They cleaned up their area and everything is working perfectly. The day after Faraday's work was done, two other electricians (who I'd called the initial day) offered to come out to provide estimates.

Plus, their price was much better than the other companies!!!

Faraday sent Able to install our Tesla Wall Charger. After sending them pics of our panel and desired set up location, the quote was clear and offered us options for running the wires. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes. We decided to run the wires under the house. Able was on time and prepared for the installation. He knows what he is doing and has has tons knowledge that made the installation process easy and seamless. His work was detailed and clean. I highly recommend Able and Faraday to friends and family.
