I spoke with a gentleman last week and explained our project. He agreed to come by on Saturday to provide a quote, but said he would call that morning to provide an exact time he would be at our home. He mentioned it would be between 10 and 12. I did not receive a call, nor did he actually come.

I called Monday to explain what had happened and provide them another chance for my business. The female who answered the phone took my information and said she would have someone call me. It's now been over 24 hours without a phone call, so clearly they have lost out on my project.

Originally placed a service order request online. Didn't hear anything after a week so against my better judgement I called. Noah called me back that day later and said he'd call me back again after he had the schedule in front of him. That was a week ago and I never heard anything.
