Originally placed a service order request online. Didn't hear anything after a week so against my better judgement I called. Noah called me back that day later and said he'd call me back again after he had the schedule in front of him. That was a week ago and I never heard anything.

Noah, with Far West Electrical did an outstanding job troubleshooting our lighting fixture in the kitchen. He arrived on time and explained what was wrong with the lighting fixture and fixed the light. I would highly recommend Noah and his company to other's as they were friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I need some work done on my OLD coach (double-wide trailer). Noah and his assistant where here on time and fixed what I needed fixed in a flash! Then I ask him to do the impossible and install a line large enough to handle a heater. Sure enough he was able to drop a line under the coach and now my room will be comfy enough to do my sewing hobby in. He also was able to put a light outside where there wasn't one and now the dark, black area on the side of my house is lit and feels much safer. Thanks Noah for having ethics and doing a great job!

Yeah, here is an update for yah, had another electrician come out and quoted me $50 per drop, as opposed to Noah's $125. Dude, Noah, if you are reading this, YOU""RE A RIP OFF ARTIST and I am considering calling my credit card and contesting the charge. To top it off, the electrician said it was a crappy job. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, WILL RIP YOU OFF!

We contacted him Saturda and he responded right away with the promise to scheduel a time on Sunday. Never heard back from him.

Called on Sunday evening.. He tells us he forgot about the appointment and would like to reschedule for Monday. On Monday evening he doesn't show up.

Called him again, now he doesn't have time until Thursday. After converstaion on Thursday afternoon his response is that his van is broken and he cant' drive until Saturday. Fine.

On Saturday he calls and says he had an accident and van is no longer in service.

Very unprofessional. If we could rate him negative stars, we would. He wasted an entire week for nothing.

Very please with service that Noah and crew provided. I had just moved into a new house and phone lines were not working. One contracting company I called out said it would take at least 4 hours to repair, then didn't show up when scheduled. I called Far West and spoke with Noah, who is very professional and came when he said he would. Took him less than an hour and did a very professional job and cleaned up after job. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Can't beat it!

Noah answered the phone himself and was over here within less than 2 hours. His prices were outstanding and the service was great, even after I tacked on an additional job that he had not planned for. They even cleaned up the tiniest wires off the floor when they were finished! I was impressed.
