I listened to my electrician after that and he told me to go quality and buy my next fan at fan diego. These fans are quiet, powerful and the LED light doesn't burn out after a month. I will always get my ceiling fans from fan diego.

The two women today at the front desk were cold. Did not acknowledge me as I walked in. Almost felt like I didn't belong. Maybe if I was Caucasian they would have felt as if I was their equal. Whether or not they meant to give off that vibe, this is the vibe I felt. One of the floor staff members, I believe it was Andrew, was more helpful, but the initial tone was already established.

We bought. a ceiling fan at Fan Diego. Unfortunately I can't remember the name. Of the woman who assisted my husband. She was great & helped us decide just what we needed for our small living room. She suggested a fan that was on sale. With the. Light kit & remote it cost under $250.

Great service from Anna, including install and service. Rather expensive, but the service is awesome- had a noise with one of my recently-installed fans: no question, they came back to check it within a couple of days! Would definitely go through them again!!

This was a great shopping experience and we are excited about the fans (2) and the lighting (2 Hall lights and Chandelier) we purchased from Fan Diego! Here is what we learned....their pricing is the same as anything on-line and you get their incredible expertise and design advice.
We THOUGHT we knew what we wanted, but when their designers asked us what things were important to us (style, remotes, heights, goals, placement, etc) it totally guided us to the perfect piece.
They have a huge selection plus books with 1000's of other ideas that they can help you with. Sandy and was a big help, very experienced and really listened to us and HELPED make the entire process easy. Rob saved us from making a size mistake in our Chandelier by asking us to double check sizes. They really showed that they cared about our project. Never pushy- just extremely willing to help and guide. We will definitely shop here again when we finish our remodeling project. We are grateful for their service and expertise...truly!

I just purchased a new home and this is the only place I would buy my fans. I bought two silent fans for a thousand dollars and they were worth every cent. I rarely had to turn on the a.c. in my condo. Now I am going to buy two more and leave the the a.c. off in my new house!!

We purchased a $650 fan from Fan Diego. The sales person was knowledgeable. They failed to get the fan on the day they promised to get it to the store and the manager said it *may* be delivered the week after but not commitment.
The installer that that they use charged $150 which is much higher price than the installer that LampPlus offers for $95.

We ended up ordering the fan from LampPlus and saved $55.

Well... I was looking for an amazing amount of fans with reasonable price points since I want to buy 2 ceiling fans for my rental. 1 fan was $129 and like 2 styles were $189....everything else was crazy expensive. Waste of gas and time. The price tags are glued hi up on the ceiling making you break your neck to see the ridiculous prices. Only come here if u are buying your home and have a wallet full of money.

motors they are so quite and use less energy.
