I needed a remote control for a ceiling fan and had difficulty finding it. I called several stores and no one could help. Then I called Fandiego and spoke to ALBERT and he found what I needed. I drove to their Clairemont location and showed me how to program the remote. I went home and followed his instructions and the remote worked perfectly! I'm a repeat customer of Fan Diego primarily due to the excellent service and exceptional quality. I came into the store on a Sunday, and Andrew and the staff were accommodating by showing me several different options and color choices for the styles I had in mind. Albert at Fan Diego was a huge help to us in deciding on an outdoor ceiling fan for our new back patio.
