Do not use their service. They came out gave us outrageous quote, I refused to use their service, the owner threatened me and yelled at me over the phone called me more than 20 times, told me that if I do not accept their offer they will charge fees which they never told me about before coming out (not only they changed appointment time twice). Owner threatened and yelled over the phone calling me so many times told me that they will send a police to our home (even though someone who would be arrested would be them).
they left me no choice but filed for police report against this business.
They keep removing bad reviews which are by real people who have used their service and other reviews are by their employees and friends/family. Do not use their service. They are scams and lowest quality of business. I already reported them to the community I live in and they are blacklisted from our community. I do not feel safe having these people around our family/friends.

Excellent and fast service. Called to have two outside house door lights installed. Agreed on the next day for service. Two hors later, received a call to see if they could do work today because they had a cancellation, so we moved installation date to today.

Nic young man, Greg, came out and looked over what we wanted done. He then called office and got a price, which we accepted. He then began and completed mounting both lights quickly. Greg was very pleasant to speak to and vey qualified for the work to be done.

Very satisfied with his work. Would highly recommend Family Electric if you have electrical needs.

I have always had problems getting an electrician to come out if not immediately ,within a few days. I had a medium sized project that I just couldn't get done myself so I called family electric and they sent Greg out the next day at 1 o'clock. He was able to assess what I needed done quoted me a great price got everything done ahead of schedule and left the place better than he found it. I want to thank them for having a great staff and being able to accommodate my request in such a fast manner. I highly recommend this company..

Family and Crew always provides superior service at a reasonable price. Have used them before and they recently completed installation of a transfer switch and control panel for a generator.

I am very happy with the service I received from the company. I was late getting home from work and all my power was off. I called Fpl and they told me the problem was on my end. After trying 6 different electricians. Family Electric was found in yelp. I should have used Yelp from the beginning. However an old yellow pages book was found and I went that route. Anyway, the company was outstanding! They came did some basic troubleshooting to determine it was my breaker panel box. The house was built in 1973 so it unfortunately had taken on a power surge. They worked on it until 1:45 am but got all my power restored. I don't know what I would have done without them. I don't normally write reviews, however this is something I wanted to share. Can't imagine how these other company's survive when they can't even pick up the phone! Family Electric is amazing. You guys are the best!!! Thanks very very much.

Very polite and showed up on time. It was raining cats and dogs outside but they stuck around and fixed the issue right away. Extremely communicative. Very honest and family oriented business.

I recently needed to replace an outdated electrical panel in my condo. I was quoted a price and was assured by the owner of the company that it was reasonable, competitive and he even spoke of a senior discount. The job was completed efficiently and courteously by Jacob. I found out after the fact that I paid DOUBLE the going rate for this job. I spoke to contractors and other electricians who said I'd been ripped off. If your job isn't an emergency DO your due diligence and compare this company's price with others.

Having an issue with our electric today, several outlets not working. Called a few electricians and Joseph at Family Electric was the only one to answer. He was very pleasant to talk to. Looking forward to his visit. I'll update the review after the service is complete.

Thanks to Family Electric for helping us set up the generator and review the breakers before Hurricane Irma hit. The peace of mind Lawrence provided by making sure our electrical grid was safe made it easier to weather the storm as it was something we didn't have to think anout. He got the work done in less than an hour and provided detailed safety instructions.
