Came home after a long day of cleaning people's teeth I was very tired and all I wanted to do was relax in the ac and watch tv. Unfortunately my power to a bunch of things in my house was out. It was later but I figured I'd try this family owned company. They were awesome and got the power up and running very quickly! I'm super happy and would without question use again!!!!! ;) :)
Called for a quotation, they showed up the next day. They were electricians, one see professional the other was a bit disrespectful in his mannerism. I will not hire contractors that act like are doing you the favor, PS no one ever go back to me with a quote....
Family Electric was quick to repsond to my needs. Had a burning odor in the laundry room. The tech was very pleasant and polite. I think a bit pricey for work done and upset they charged an extra fee as I paid for the services done by credit card.
Excellent service all around! Couldn't have asked for a more professional and prompt company to come out in my time of need.
With the weather getting colder I needed to get my AC/Heater fixed pronto and they were the only ones who answered and responded quickly to my urgency.
