Hopefully someone reads this and calls these guys. We are please to say this company is the real deal!

1.) gfci's not working - fixed
2.) power out in bathroom- fixed
3.) breaker for hot tub - fixed
4.) high hats - fixed
5.) pool light that never worked - fixed
6.) spare refrigerator in garage - fixed

I thought it would cost a small fortune in hourly charges but they gave me a price for everything at once. They also gave me the discount of 55 yrs of age or older even though I'm not anywhere near 55. Lol. Great people to work with and awesome customer service. I had a huge punch list and assumed at min. 2 -3 days. They finished in 6 hrs. And didn't stop for anything till tasks were complete and proper troubleshooting was performed. Electrical contractors in south Florida get a bad name but these guys are doing their best one client at a time to change that. Joe and Greg were pros! Natalie that answered the phone was super sweet and very nice. I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole thing. 5 stars all day!!!!! ;) I hope I don't need anything else done electrical wise but if I do I'll be sure to call again. Have a great new year.

I called this company and am very happy to say they picked up the phone in one ring on a Sunday morning. So far so good I'm impressed to see any company actually practicing what they preach. I'll write back if anything goes poorly but thus far they were prompt, polite, and had a very low service charge to come out especially on a Sunday!!! Herewego wish me luck!

Called Family Electric after experiencing a power outage in my house, I was a little hesitant to call at first because I couldn't find reviews on yelp that would answer my questions about service and fees but decided to call anyway because this was a real emergency!

I am so glad that I decided to make that phone call, they sent over a team (despite it being 10pm) to resolve the power outage issue! The electrician did an amazing job at explaining what had caused the outage and how I could prevent it from occurring in the future, he answered all my questions and was done before I knew it! And the best part of all: super affordable! I was extremely worried about the cost but found them to be super reasonable

I enjoyed their service so much that I will be getting my backup generator installed by them next week!

100% recommended, you won't be disappointed!

amily Electric recently did some work for my grandparents house and did a phenomenal job. They were very kind and answered all their questions the entire step of the way. Very professional and worked out their electrical issue in a quick and efficient manner.
