Johnny and Alec were awesome., Very communicative and easy to work with. I needed my dishwasher and garbage disposal to work ASAP. I was preparing for an Open House to sell my Mom's home after she passed. Little did I know her dishwasher and garbage disposal hadn't worked in over 15 yrs. I hired an electrician and he was baffled. But Johnny knew I was in a tough situation since my electrician's truck broke down and at the last minute he couldn't finish the job. So Johnny and Alec worked hard together to come on short notice., They did great work at a fair price and even stayed longer to help me with a few other things I needed done. I was so pleased at their caring, curteous, and skilled craftsmanship. It's nice to work with a local people who really take pride and care in doing a great job. I will definitely use them again. Johnny was amazing. A great guy to work with and an excellent electrician. Very efficient and reasonable pricing. He installed 7 ceiling fans, 2 chandeliers, 3 pendants, and a large TV for me. Also, changed out 4 switches. Came up with great money saving solution for box that the builder had installed that could not handle the weight of my chandelier and also gave great advice about an electric fireplace and the power needed.

After we discussed the project and have done some work, he promised to come back and finish the remaining work once I had the Strip lights. I made the full payment for the project as agreed. However, when it was time for him to come back and complete the work, he canceled the appointment with a valid reason. I had to reschedule the entire project for the next day.

A week later, I tried contacting him several times, but there was no response. I even sent a text message asking for the status, to which he replied that coming back to my project for free is not his priority at the moment.

Charged me for trouble shooting 2 time without giving me the truth reason why the system is not working.

As someone who runs a business and values building trust with clients, I believe this kind of attitude is not acceptable. Seeing clients solely as dollar signs raises a red flag for me, and I do not appreciate being treated in such a manner.

This experience serves as a lesson for me to not make full payment until the job has been completed.
