You never know who you will get with a home warranty service call, however, we were pleasantly surprised! We just bought a house in West Palm Beach area where we needed some items addressed. Len arrived and took such care with our electrical issue and went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to call America's Best for any of my future needs--hopefully we don't have any needs but in the event, I feel confident they will continue to give honest diagnosis and repairs.

The service we received from Len, Jose, and Kim from America's Best absolutely lives up to the company name. From first inquiry to completed inspection, they were incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We had a small job - installing a 220-volt outlet in our garage - but they treated it like the most important project in their portfolio.

During the estimate visit, Jose was on time and spent more than half an hour examining our indoor and outdoor electrical panels, photographing the install area, and even inspecting our air conditioner to confirm how much electricity it was already drawing.

We received a detailed written estimate the same day, including permit fees. This was quite a contrast to another well-reviewed company which complained that I even wanted to follow the law by obtaining permits and ultimately refused to do the work unless we agreed to skip the permits.

On the day of the installation, Jose was again on time, reconfirmed every detail of the job, and completed it timely. He came back a few days later to meet the inspector, and after some feedback, did some additional work the same day to make the install even safer for us.

When the inspector came back for the final review, Len (the owner) came personally to meet him and ensure everything was set.

Based on this experience - including the fact that they're all just nice people to deal with - we signed up for their annual service plan that includes two yearly AC checkups, priority service, and repair discounts. I feel like we've finally found an electrician we can trust.
