Rob Fabio is fair and honest. I contracted them to demo and replace an old concrete driveway and replace a fence. Not only did they do an amazing job but finished quickly AND were very patient with my interfering neighbor. Good price and Rob was always available for my questions. Planning to have them replace an old deck next.

I'm not one who writes a lot of reviews but in this case I had to share the love that I was shown.
From my experience finding a good honest contractor Has proven to be as difficult as finding a good honest mechanic But once you do, You stick with them.
My family and I had an unfortunate experience w a couple bad contractors back-to-back. Emergency flood situation in the middle of the nt. Found 24 hour service who turned our lives upside-down for the next 4 months. The second we signed we were screwed. Feeding on people in crisis. End result we were out 45K w very little work complete, the work completed looked like scrap materials w mismatching wood that was clearly damaged. floors not level,no transitions, etc...what was supposed to be a 3 week project turned to 4 months before we told them not to return. He was demanding the last bit of money and we refused. The amount we had left wasn't enough to hire someone new only enough to get some materials. I had to personally undo and redo the contractor's work on top of working my regular job And then we were smacked with a lean on our home. After that,the combo of Over-inflated egos and unreliability I Really began to lose Faith in contractors.
I am not slamming all contractors. I know that there are good contractors that do exist but they can be hard to find I am so pleased to say I found one. Fabio construction! These guys will be my recommendation always hands down.
The owner rob Fabio, is a solid, humble, talented guy who's work speaks for itself. Hes a local South Bay guy, That at 1 point Played a big part in South Bay's music scene with some of our Biggest local artists. He has overcome some obstacles And today wants to make a difference. He cares about his town and he cares about his people.
He showed up like he said he would to assess the project, (Turning a window into a back door onto a deck). He showed up on the start date W his crew Joshua and John (really friendly talented guys as well) on time and took care of business!
Unexpectedly before they showed I thought i heard water flow under the house( go figure and differ house) but wasn't sure. Before even starting What they came to do, they were under the house. They had discovered a pinhole leak that was beginning to flood the crawlspace and toghther they handled it with no hesitation and urgency. No fuss or attitude. Jon came out covered in mud smiling. He got cleaned up and to my surprise they got right to work on the door. They busted everything out before the day was over. Pretty amazing. It's nice to know that you're in good hands when it comes to the safety and care of your home. Everyone parted ways happy and smiling. Rob, Joshua, John Thank you so much For this experience. You guys do beautiful work And have restored my Faith in contractors. So happy. You guys rock!

After hearing Robs ideas on how we could best transform our space, we new he was the right choice. Always professional, responsive and paid close attention to detail. Our family absolutely loves our new kitchen, deluxe pantry and laundry room! Thank you Rob!!!
