On Friday evening (2/24/2023) I lost power in 2 of my bedrooms. I called a 24 hour company, got the run around about my request being sent to a Service Manager to not hear back from that company until 9am today (2/27/2023). So Saturday morning (2/25/2023) I contacted Eric and he was able to come to my home in roughly 1 hour. He took his time troubleshooting the issue and found the cause of the problem. He even went the extra mile to update the outlets in my kitchen and both bathrooms as well as updating my smoke alarm to a combo one that detects CO2 as well. I cannot say enough good things about his customer service and will be using him in the future for additional upgrades to my home.

The great part is that I got to purchase all the materials myself from a local supply house and he did all of the work. He installed my Rivian Wall Charger and everything works great. Eric did an amazing job! I felt like God sent me an Angel. Eric took care of my electrical issues: replaced my driveway light, two bathroom vanity lights, 1 bathroom ceiling light and four kitchen lights. When I submitted my request via Yelp, my thought was it will be a few days with some back and forth with many vendors, but God sent me an Angel! Eric called within 15 minutes and was willing to come right over and take care of my problems. Eric was very professional, PROMPT and he even cleaned up after the repairs. I was very happy and pleased with his work, I called him back for more work. The second visit he replaced toilets, kitchen sink, a bathroom fan, and re-caulked my bath tubs. I will be keeping his number for my future problems!
