After years focused on his expertise, he obtained his independent contractor status. Upon hearing that he launched his own business, the relationships he built along the way contacted him. They asked him to handle their HVAC requirements due to their awareness with his professionalism and commitment to his trade. He identified a gap in the market for a personalized method that allows business owners to know the technicians working on their businesses.
