Started by Alex Bayardo, a Concord local, who became a member of local 342 upon finishing high school and swiftly developed his craft. Following many years spent honing his abilities, he earned his contractor's license. Upon learning that he started his own venture, the relationships he built along the way contacted him. His contacts sought him to manage their HVAC services due to their familiarity with his reliability and passion to his trade. He recognized a demand in the market for a more personal approach that allows clients to know the tradespeople working on their businesses.
