Our second contact with this company, and again, very pleased! We had a list of issues to deal with, and Saul came thru for us. He carefully checked and reviewed everything with me, and prepared to layout levels of service (or items) with costs that we could have done, but I already knew we wanted them all done (3 switch issues, fix one ceiling fan, install 2 other fans we'd bought, and extend some wiring to outside where we wanted a floodlight installed that we'd bought). He suggested 2 of them be done immediately due to safety issues. For the rest I asked for a different day. He brought an assistant to help him, and they worked a full day! One task was a flickering kitchen light. He changed out a poorly installed switch with outlets, changed it so the outlets weren't dependent on the switch, and asked me to contact him if it became a problem again. It did a day or so later. When I called, he came immediately. I'd bought LED bulbs like he'd recommended and a couple of pull chain extensions I planned to add to the new ceiling fans. He changed out the bulb in the kitchen, and while he was at it, attached the pull chain extensions and installed all the bulbs I'd bought in different ceiling lights. Needless to say, excellent service, and will call again!

GO somewhere else! They charged me $7,000 to install a new box and ground system and a new riser rod in May 2021. We began having electrical issues again recently, so I called an electrician from my home warranty. He checked some switches, some outlets, and some connections in the box they installed. He said he couldn't find a reason for the fluctuation in electricity and said to call the city to check their connections, so I did. The guy from the city found nothing wrong at the power pole, but he checked my connections at the riser pole on my house and he said he never saw such shoddy workmanship. He asked about who did the work, and I told him it was Express and that they charged me $7000 and he was floored. He left the parts that he replaced with me, which I will attach a photo of. The fasteners that were used were completely incorrect, and the reason for my electrical problems was that the neutral wire coming into my house were corroded and hooked up incorrectly with the wrong fastener. I tried calling express and I guess $7000 doesn't get you a call back!!! I have called for a few days and nobody has bothered to call me back, and I am told I am supposed to have ground wires on my water heater lines and there aren't any... they did a bad job and won't even call me back.

I can't believe I wasted my time with this company. I had them out to quote me a ring flood light install where an existing fixture is. First he said he had to give me 5 or more options after looking at the breaker box that is how his company works. He took over an hour to come by to my door to go over all the options which range high $49k to low $16k for a panel and wiring upgrade. Then he got the quote to install the ring almost $500. I did not even pay that much for the ring itself. I declined all services then he asked me how I would like to pay for the service visit that wasted my time. I'm not posting about the technician I know it is just his job.

Don't do business with them no communication within each other they tell you one thing and they do the other and they depend on the statement ( I am sorry)

Our main breaker went out, so we called and Express electric technician and he came by, he quoted 5 prices $14,000 was the highest and the lowest was $2300 ( that just for main breaker). Technician never bothered to inspect the issue, because if he did he would of seen that it was Edison at fault, he charged us $89 dollars!!! Anyway!!!for estimates only. At that point the company called and said she would do it for 1700.!!! for main breaker. It's Insulting, really , when they don't even bother to look for the problem. We called Trout and they found
what was wrong by inspection!!! Express electricity I will NEVER CALL them again!

we called Express Electric to fix our doorbell. The appt was scheduled between 1-3 pm. At 2 pm, the called to say the technician was running late. The technician arrived at 6:30 pm. He was very polite. He suggested a repair but was not certain that would be the fix. we asked for an estimate. the estimate to fix the doorbell and replace the Ring was $2,000! We said that was not in our budget. Ring doorbells are under $200 and doorbell transformers run $30. Over $1,700 for labor is ridiculous. We paid the service call fee and said our goodbyes.

I made an appointment on Wednesday to have a couple of outlets installed on Friday AM 8:00 to 11:00. I got a call conforming the appointment. I took Friday off of work and nobody showed up. After a few more calls, last one at 12: 58 she could not provide me a time that a tech would be available. What's the point of making an appointment? I'll call someone else.
