Would give zero starts if possible. Set up an appointment a week ahead of time. Received a call 1 hour after the service window began. Operator said they didn't have a technician available to come out today. Nothing express about this company and they had nothing to say about the inconvenience they caused.

Called them for electrical services because of a power outage in my backyard . Very prompt response. They tell you to keep your lines open when they call back. Usually call back in 5 min. Technician came out within 2 hours of initial call time . Fantastic. Charged ~ $89 with a complete work to restore power for $~$500. Couldn't complete but incorrectly narrowed down the problem. Asked me to find someone to move things out of an area so he could get access . Fair enough . Would give them 4 stars just on that initial response. Follow up terrible . When I did what they asked me to do and tried to get a followup service within 5 days, contacted the technician who was busy. I said anyone will do... also busy... fine understandable. Don't expect them to be available same day. They even said that although won't be able to accommodate today they can come the next day afternoon. Called back after discussing with supervisor and then said no availability for three weeks. I knew then they were playing games. This business is out to make a quick buck. They don't want to involve themselves in long drawn out projects. Needs a light switch changed , breaker replaced? Sure they will do it and charge a lot for it. Don't expect them to come through on larger projects . Disappointed and won't hire again.

We had an emergency at the building and called Express Electrical Services. They told me they'd call me back in a few mins with an estimated time to get an electrician out. Kate and Anna were able to make things happen quickly. They were able to send Wallace out right away. Wallace was phenomenal! He's a super nice guy, very professional, and knows his stuff. He made sure the building was up and running like new.

I was a little worried about using a company I didn't know, but things couldn't have gone any better. I highly recommend them, especially Wallace. Thank you, Kate and Anna, for caring to go the extra mile and get Wallace out here so quickly. I'm glad I found an electrician who knows their stuff and who I can trust.

Spoke to Sam who referred the technician Wallace out to my house. He was quick and very responsive and found the issues with my electrical. He recommended numerous options to us and wasn't pushy trying to get us to chose. I would recommend this company to anyone and Anna was also very gracious to us as well. Caution when hiring this electric company wanted to do a ceiling fan install technician came back with five quotes it went from $4, 000 to $800 for a ceiling fan and since I didn't want to do the work he still charged me the $57 fee had another company to do the install for a fraction of the price
