I truly appreciate the time and work that this company performed to get my home rewired so my new stove could be installed. They quote by the job and not by how much time it might take. I needed my home ev charger repaired. I searched Google and found Express Electrical Service. On the website it states that the company installs & repairs ev home chargers. I told them the issues I was having. The company called on Friday I again stated the issues I was having & I set up an appointment for Monday between 8am & 11am. About 8 am Monday someone from the company called and stated that the company does not repair home chargers. I asked why is the web site have they repair home chargers? ""Sorry, Sir"" What a waste of my time.

This company is way too expensive. They charged me $300 for a circuit breaker switch swap when it shouldn't be more than $150. Do not use them unless you want to get ripped off. The switch itself is about $5 at Home Depot and takes about 10 minutes to swap out.

Extremely disappointed!!! I was given a scheduled window between 11am-2pm. The technician showed up at 3:50pm (after I kept calling for updates). I needed 5 ceiling fans installed and a dozen outlets switched out for new parts. I was quoted over $$$ 7,000. REALLY??? This felt like a sick joke! How do you guys even stay in business. Do not WASTE your time booking an appointment with this company.

I was very disappointed with their services. I had my contractor diagnose a repair a bathroom light that went out and he suggested that I get an electrician because it was outside his scope. I found Express Electrical on Google. The technician they sent offered me three options, the highest of which was over $15k change out the electrical panel. The next options were around $5k and the lowest was around $2k. I decided to pay their $49.95 service call fee and get a second opinion. The second electrician who came fixed the problem for around $150. So, doing the math, this company wanted to charge me almost 14 times the cost for the repair ($150 vs $2,000) or scare me into spending $15,000, which is literally 100 times more, to repair circuitry that wasn't necessary to get a vanity light back in working order. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called for help with installing an electrical plug in my bathroom for a new bidet. The service was prompt (the same day after the onset of COVID restrictions) and the electrician Wallace Mejia was very professional. He pointed out that this plug needed a dedicated circuit and not just an additional electrical socket. The work was done swiftly, and the technician left the work area spotless.

Their price was high when compared to other estimates, but let me say this--the customer service provided Yesenia was impeccable.

What a rip off! The man who came to our home was nice and professional but the options they had ranged from $950- $5k. We decided to pay their service fee of $50 and shop around a bit. The next day, another electrician came to our home and fixed our problem for $50!!

Over priced and dishonest. We had our circut board replaced a year ago by a different company when we installed our HVAC system. The tech from express electrical services said that our circut board was very old and he wanted to replace it for 4 thousand dollars! I said no thank you. I asked him to fix an installation job that I did a hanging light fixture. He didn't know how to do it. He removed another light for me and capped it off as I requested. He charged nearly 400.00 dollars for that. I was stuck using him because it was an emergency and he was going to charge me a 50 dollar fee just for coming out. I would have given no stars if I could.

Kindly do me a favor and look nowhere else. These guys are awesome knowledgeable and professional. Wallace our technician is very helpful and knowledgeable he is straight to the point no cutting corners same with Lamar they are awesome and here to help you! No BS!
